Property manager: Pancho, Office Manager: Zara LJH are the worst lot. My husband rented a property for more than a year. The place started having leaks to an extent the house was flooding. They dis not fix that for 3 weeks. And he lived without drinking or washroom water. Then when he was shifting out, they were more terrible. He handed overbthe property in perfect condition and the proprty manager was happy with it and wrote an email saying it was perfect. Now, He has been waiting for a month for bond money after signing the bond claim forms. He has been writing mails and calls threy are not replying to it. Then they sent a new bond claim form without explaining what happened to the first. He escalated the issue to the manager and she has not replied either. he has been calling the office for a week and today a new person is saying the signature on bond forms did not match. Which they never told him for a month, and in the so many calls and mails he has been making. They have been changing stories and harrassing us for nearly 30days when the RTAB rules are clear that the bond koney should be returned in 48hours. And they also said the same on three different occassions and agreed to it on paper a month back.

Terrible communication between anyone who we were left in communication with, nothing was done in the way of maintenance and a list of other things. Would not recommend for neither tenants nor landlords

Friendly staff, and always get great rental Tenants and we never have a problem with late rent. We have brought houses from them and sold my parents house. Steven Sarris did a super job when selling my parents house, gave a very honest appraisal and was spot on, other agents over inflated prices and told us lies in order to get the listing. Steven was very honest and a pleasure to deal with. I would and have recommend him to many people.

I dealt with Yota and Mary from their Clayton office. To date they have been nothing but exceptional in their service. They are quick in replying and also very professional.

AVOID at all costs! And i means COSTS!!!! Due to the lack of communication and action at this agency lost 12 weeks and thousands of dollars. They can talk the talk , thats it. Do not sign an exclusive agreement. Once theyve "got you" they stop working

The WORST office ever...they take one month to answer a simple question...you have to call them every day and tell them the same thing..RIDICULOUS

Recently rented a property with LJ hooked from the day we inspected to the day we got approved Pina was great. Clear communication and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

No agent showed up for the rental viewing, rang and spoke to someone in the office. Kept telling me no I am wrong there is no viewing today even though I directed him to the domain website. Offered no apology or explanation, only said I can register to view it saturday... yeah no thanks! Don't want to be doing business with you incompetents.

Terrible experience with Clayton LJ Hooker. Not particularly by administration but by the managerial individual who looked after our rental property. Her manner throughout my time there was rude, intimidating, unprofessional and displayed substandard customer service. A total of three documents were misplaced for our property throughout my time (which was under a year). Including current lease, lease transfer and tenant documentation. No one at LJ Hooker ever apologised or took responsibility for this. Every interaction with this manager was unpleasant. This office appears to be incredibly disorganised and needs to implement basic customer service training. Starting with their managers.

As a renter I have found these guys to be helpful and any thing thats needs to be done is taken care of quickly

Our initial rental agent was very difficult to deal with, we had multiple issues in our rental property that were never fixed. Since Ken Solarino joined the company, things changed drastically. He is easy to contact and very efficient in dealing with property related issues. I have no problem in recommending this company.

Appalling real estate agent! Doesn't contact owners when issues on property, allows for renters to live in 'only a rental' & 'its good enough for them' type of house and doesn't allow for issues to be fixed during the time period of the rental. Then gives keys to non-approved people. Allows house to deteriorate because that's good enough for a renter. RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!

LJ Hooker Clayton is rude, arrogant and extremely unhelpful. When I ring up to get them to fix something I get abused on the phone and when I do walk into the Clayton office to ask something, they ignore me. They don't care about their customers hence extremely poor customer service! Avoid at all times!!

LJ Hooker Clayton recently changed their rental payment method where the tenants have to pay extra just to pay their rent. We have inquired about this via 3 emails and yet to receive a reply. They are the most unprofessional agent there is. Have no clue what they are doing.
