Terrible experience with Clayton LJ Hooker. Not particularly by administration but by the managerial individual who looked after our rental property. Her manner throughout my time there was rude, intimidating, unprofessional and displayed substandard customer service. A total of three documents were misplaced for our property throughout my time (which was under a year). Including current lease, lease transfer and tenant documentation. No one at LJ Hooker ever apologised or took responsibility for this. Every interaction with this manager was unpleasant. This office appears to be incredibly disorganised and needs to implement basic customer service training. Starting with their managers.
