Nice rooms, super friendly staff and breakfast is also wonderful

I was with my best friend at the Lindner Hotel and I was very pleasantly surprised, the room was great, the Welnessanlage also very nice and very clean. The people just nice - Pfalz stop and the breakfast was very good. We felt well cared for.

I used to like the location. BUT: Yesterday after a 20 hour flight coming back from Australia, hoping for some relaxation with my son as a birthday present, my experience was absolutely disappointing.
I checked the opening hours than went 30km by car just to hear that they decided that external guests will not be allowed. No information in the web.
When giving my feedback at Spa and Hotel reception following experience:
1. No apologies, no "we are sorry"
2, Pure arrogance, I had to request that they at least listen what I am saying
My ten year old son asked me afterwards why those people behaved so unfriendly
I am done with the place (private as well as in my role as Executive in a IT company close by that chooses those kind of locations for off sites)

Nice hotel located in a seascape. Friendly, helpful service. Very spacious spa. It is annoying that also for the outdoor parking spaces 8.00 Euro per day are to be paid. There is no public parking. What bothered me was the Dauerberieselung in parts of the spa with so-called relaxation music, has reminded me strongly of the noise on Sanifair toilets.

Many SAUNAS GOOD CONDITION, nice staff.
Service in the hotel sector and restaurant can still be improved.

The room reminded me of a retirement home for handicapped people from the 70s.
Defective anti-mosquito mat in the shower, broken toilet brush, broken lighting in the entrance / cloakroom area. For this price a single disappointment. The only plus - the staff is very nice and the breakfast was good and plentiful.
Unfortunately not to compare with our 1st stay :(

Guests are charged for breakfast in the house 18.00 per person. But the offer was modest.4 stars, so I lacked extras. The toiletsanlage should be repaired. Decades break is not good for the house

Misleading approach to the Parkplatz.Hotel is described as air-conditioned. The rooms are only standing air conditioners, which are as loud as if you sleep next to a refrigeration unit. Therefore the performance can not be considered fulfilled. Wellness area appealing and clean. The rooms had A renovation deserves. According to the receptionist, there are parts of the hotel that are already renovated.

The stay was really great.
There is only one thing I could fault. Me and my girlfriend had both booked a Mediterranean scrub. Lt. Offer takes about 20 minutes and costs 38 .
In reality, it took just 5 minutes to rub it in and then you had to shower off. We were both done after about 10-15 minutes. For the price, I think that's very, very little.

Except for the receptionist at the dinner we were very satisfied with both staff and facilities and service. Particularly outstanding are the treatments.
The receptionist should make a little more effort to give the guests a sense of sovereignty and serenity, after all, some pay more than 2,000 euros for a nice weekend with them.

We got married (which we announced and it was obvious) and then drove to the hotel with our guests, who also lived there, to sit down at the bar where we had reserved while the children were already there able to sleep: The bar was then, surprisingly, closed and we were SERIOUSLY banished into the hallway in front of the restaurant. How do you deal with your guests if you are unable to provide the services you have booked and that as the end of the wedding? We would have booked another hotel under these circumstances, if we had been informed! After discussions we sat in the cold winter garden of the restaurant with a normal wine list and that was it. When asked if you could get snacks, they first said you had to ask and ON! small basket for 8 people positioned on the table.
Nobody congratulated us, the gift bouquets of the guests were brought to the wrong room without water, we were then allowed to ask for the vases ourselves and, conveniently, bring them to the room ourselves for the staff.
When our room was forgotten to clean the next day, we had a brief discussion (we would have had the wrong sign outside, which was wrong, and there would have been no staff left) and only then, but then immediately, cleaned it.
If you disregard the fact that the staff is apparently not trained to be attentive or more accommodating than the absolutely necessary paid amount, the stay was okay, but not in accordance with the hotel status and the prices.
In our opinion, contrary to the reviews, the restaurant was very good.

Am now about the 10th time on business in the hotel Lindner Binshof Speyer.
Service quality is not as good as before. Restaurant staff partly a bit runny. Breakfast fried egg totally burned. Too bad that there is no daily newspaper to borrow in the morning, is for me to a good service.

Ansich a very nice hotel clean and well maintained ... But let's start in the rooms, beds were in a double room together and are slipped together. A closed bathroom would have personally preferred to me, you should at least have its privacy, otherwise was it is very quiet in the room.
The spa area ansich was also very nice although I expected something else, in the rest room was all but no rest and the cosiness factor not the bang ..... you should keep the spa and pool area separate.
Breakfast buffet was really great, the first evening we had buffet where the spice has probably forgotten, good is something else. The next day there were four course menu which was very good but for a man a little bit.
All in all, the price is not justified in my opinion

For an upscale hotel, there are some flaws. So was in the indoor pool in the pool strong mildew to find. The gym was in the 3 days we were there, definitely not cleaned and tidy. Drink cups were not replenished. In the room I had no way to hang my suit pants on a hanger. Also I did not have the opportunity to regulate the heating. On the breakfast table I missed a trash can. Solebad with 13 Euro / visit (you do not sit 1 hour in the salt water) decided too expensive.

Very idyllic spa hotel with various baths and sauna area. Upscale, cozy atmosphere with the possibility to relax sometimes relaxed. I'll definitely be back. They go to a lot of trouble with lactose-free food and prepare on request also a meal

Very nice staff, but in the bathroom a few things would have to be fixed, toilet seat shower head holder. Unfortunately, this is true in many hotels. These things do not cost much, but leave a bad impression.

About 30 minutes outside on the terrace waited to order a coffee! Far and wide no service force, despite several requests at the front desk, that you would like to drink a coffee! It was promised that someone would be sent for an order! After waiting 30 minutes nobody came! Sorry, service looks different!

Treatment appointments when booked three weeks before the trip are almost completely booked out despite the trip during the week and only 50% occupancy. The treatment appointments are primarily made available to external visitors and not to the actual guests.

Hotel bar closed the whole week due to insufficient occupancy of the hotel. Guests were referred to the lobby after dinner to let the evening fade away. But this did not have an adequate atmosphere.

Service trolleys for room breakfast several times in the corridors when you return to the hotel at around 11 p.m.

Floor lighting lamps totally out of dust. Probably not dusted for several weeks.

In the suite, the wooden floor to the stairs to the bedroom and bathroom was completely scraped and blind.

Menu extremely small and additional menu only one dish. Lamb's lettuce was offered as a starter for 12.00 EUR even though the season was almost over. Accordingly, the salad was limp and softened in oil. No dressing at all acceptable.

Palatinate rump steak from the local butcher was not hung and therefore tough. Fried potatoes were fried extremely black.

We used to be very satisfied. But it seems that the management is saving money and sacrificing the satisfaction of the guests. This assessment was also shared by other guests.

This house doesn't deserve four stars anymore. After all, we invested around EUR 900.00 during the week for three nights with additional costs.

I was at the hotel for the conference. The service, the care and the food were very good. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are very nicely decorated and clean. The SPA area is exemplary.
I'm sure I'll go here privately with my wife.

The only annoying thing are the parking fees.
This should be free of charge for overnight guests.

WELL:
+ SPA treatments: First class, very good quality, well-trained staff

NOT SATISFYING:
- The safe in the room is broken, the minibar fridge is broken or does not cool (same temperature as the room), the hair dryer switches off after 10 seconds because of overheating, cobwebs, the air conditioning cannot be switched off, the room is in the years have come
- In the bistro of the SPA area, a currywurst with french fries costs 15.50 euros (!)
- The (rather spontaneous) New Year's Eve party in the hotel foyer is badly organized: the music quality is poor, the beginning of the new year is not counted (e.g. by TV or radio), no mood among the guests, a glass of sparkling wine costs 0, 1 l 5 euros (!) - instead of buying a glass of sparkling wine at the beginning of the New Year's Eve menu, the hotel should have done this on New Year's Eve (so numerous pre-filled champagne glasses remained unsold or undrinked (because much too expensive) Both bar staff were overwhelmed, it was uncomfortably furnished, everything was not professional
- The (visible) hotel manager, who is probably present on New Year's Eve, does not greet a single guest (that would definitely suit him and the 4-star hotel ...)
- The water temperature in the whirlpool is no different than in the swimming pool, the air temperature in the swimming pool area cannot be described as warm
- In the email booking confirmation from the hotel, it is not stated that the brine grotto costs 13 euros extra entry (the description is rather misleading), overall that is more of a moneymaking
- the outdoor parking lot costs 8 euros per day for hotel guests

Short decision day stay with overnight stay - good service, great services - excellent problem solving behavior!

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Lindner Hotel & Spa in Binshof for 2 nights. The breakfast and evening buffets were extremely tasty, the spa area was very nice and modern with some resting places.

What there would be criticism, however, would be the not very contemporary use of plastic cups for tea and water dispensers. In our opinion, it would not be a problem to offer more environmentally friendly mugs and, for example, correct mugs that are reusable.

Welness Resort is very good (sauna / swimming pool). Room not as specified (Comfort should have a large bed, but have rooms with two single beds). Solegrotte can not be booked as a flat rate (each entry costs 13 Euro p.P.). SPA applications as always all booked out over several days. Again, no Kontigent as hotel guests available (we must again ausehalb our SPA applications with 3. providers book). Hotel resort is for improvement in quality and relaxation very much in need of improvement. Therefore, only conditionally recommendable. Price performance ratio has become worse.

Nice hotel for a wellness weekend. The spa area is nicely designed and did not really seem busy at the weekend. The rooms are spacious and functional. The Wi-Fi is very slow and in our room was hardly mobile phone reception. There is not really much to complain about, but for the proud price somehow the icing on the cake for the fifth star was missing. But we recovered well and the breakfast was also delicious. The staff at the reception and breakfast was very friendly.

The spa is absolutely great, varied, with many different saunas and steam baths, indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only negative point are the rest rooms, which are unfortunately overcrowded at weekends. There are signs everywhere that you can not reserve the beach chairs but unfortunately almost no one cares. It's like in Palma by the pool.

We would like to thank for the stay: the staff was friendly, accommodating. The fitness area must necessarily be revised and maintained. The spinning bikes were in good shape, but treadmill and crosstrainer: does not work: only noisemaker, really disturbing.

It was better. Once again an event with an overnight stay. The rooms in the so-called new extension are great. But only this one, so you should pay attention to this when booking.
From the rooms you can also go to the spa with a bathrobe.
I think everything is great and in good shape there. I wanted to eat in the farmhouse parlor. But it's only available as a bar. We could order food anyway. The quality was much better. There should be thought about the cook. Pure relaxation. Any time.

Hotel with very nice spas area, sauna area, spa clearly structured, well arranged .... Restaurant with star level .... Room with everything you need, we are very satisfied and will be back ...

Nice place for relax. Very humble rooms and even the spa is good, v the service should be better. The food is not so good.

As always, we had a great time there. If now the visitors stop blocking couches with towels the time is perfect.

I have been to her home several times with my partner, friends and company.
So far I have always been very satisfied and none of the stays was a serious annoyance.
This time, however, I was more than surprised when I was given a large towel and a small one for my "duck" at the spa reception. In response to my incredulous inquiries, I was told that the house had an environmental certificate and would therefore save on laundry. I didn't get a second towel and was put off, I could exchange it if it was wet.

To be honest, that's what I basically assumed!
But I need at least two large towels (one to put on the wood and one to dry off after the shower.)
For me, this type of regulation is a real no-go.
Especially since in the morning at the breakfast buffet the butter and honey for the tea were packed individually.
Is certainly not in conformity with the environmental certificate .......
In short: I was really annoyed.
If I come to you again, I will know and I will also bring my own towels.
Just like I would if I went to a hostel.

We spent a night with two spa days with you. The transaction and the ability to use the spa area for both days was great, as well as the generous spin to accommodate our stuff. The short-term booking of an application was also possible. The room was nice and clean, the food was delicious, the service was great. Great we also found the ladies sauna with ladies infusion, a sauna-lifeguard here would fit perfectly. In general, no beach chairs have been reserved, with some exceptions, it is a pity that it is so difficult to handle this problem. All around great, we will gladly come back.

Nice entrance and reception area with polite and attentive staff. The hotel is quietly located in the Binsfeld between Otterstadt and Speyer. A little oasis of peace, so to speak.

Overall, very nice rooms and a very nice, large spa area. However, the booking was complicated and the billing was even more complicated, as higher room rates were charged, the distribution of the costs on the group members was completely confused etc. The staff was very nice and made every effort to do everything to our satisfaction.
The menu reads very nice, but the food is missing that certain something and the prices are far too high.

Unfortunately we cannot give more than 2 stars for our stay. There was no shower in the room, only a bathtub, the glass partition was leaned against the wall and the joints behind it are moldy. The bathroom was not clean, the tiles around the washbasin still showed considerable traces of our previous tenants, a spider's web had settled on the toilet door and the doors had not been washed for a long time. The room was spacious, but furnished with relatively old, dark furniture, which looked very dreary. You look in vain for pictures or loving decorations.
We imagine a 4-star feel-good atmosphere to be a little different.
Generally the house is soulless and not really well maintained. The worst we found the dark joints in the outdoor pool.
For a 4 star hotel you expect more.
Positive: THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY

Everything was super clean, nice staff at the spa and at the entrance, beautiful surroundings and some really nice furnishings! But...
The whirlpools were more warm / tepid than hot, the large swimming pools as well ... a bit too cold, although it is said that breakfast is cut off at 10:30 am, because you sometimes have to wait in front of it before something to eat (because currently only 6 people are allowed to the buffet together, the time is already a bit short, then on the morning of our second breakfast, bread rolls, Nutella, butter and all plates and bowls were empty / in use. Only after request I have to say that the rolls were still frozen on the inside when we wanted to eat them (they were therefore baked rolls but good that couldn't be criticized. We didn't have dinner in the hotel because the dishes were easy to us didn't speak to them ... it's a bit "exotic" if you can say that. We found the small gestures at the entrance reception with the Nutella BReady very great! Also the fitness area is 1A! Hardly any other hotel has so much choice of fitness equipment. All in all, I give the Hotel Lindner a 3 out of 5! But unfortunately I have to say that you won't see me again here.

Unfriendly reception, at least from a receptionist. A pity, otherwise quite pleasant except for the rooms in the old building.

The sauna area is an absolute highlight. Great dinner and very rich and quality breakfast with regional products in an attractive atmosphere. Exemplary and distinguished service. Only the hotel room was a bit strange despite the comfort class and getting old. Nevertheless, everything was clean and functional.

I really enjoyed the short break at Binshof, my batteries are recharged and I felt very comfortable. The hotel is easily accessible, consistently of high quality, harmoniously and comfortably furnished and has many different wonderful places to linger. The garden with the saunas and lounging areas is made for pure relaxation. Although always well attended, there are many opportunities to find a quiet spot and enjoy it.
The treatment rooms for massages and other treatments are modern, comfortable and absolutely hygienic, and the friendly staff ensures that nothing is missing.
The restaurant is also beautifully designed, as are the outdoor areas - the food is excellent, the service very attentive and friendly.
Conclusion: Highly recommended - for a few days of enjoying the Palatinate or just a short trip to get away from it all.

Was an absolutely beautiful but short stay. I would like to come again. The service staff are on the ball, a very well-rehearsed team.

Everything was nice, but not at 4-star level. Especially not the spa area. For the value for money it would have only given 3 stars, but for the reduced price we had a nice WE.

SPA area is great, but unfortunately there weren't enough pool chairs. It was probably also because it had rained and the loungers in the outside area were not usable.

The food in the restaurant was an impertinence and not worthy of a 4 star hotel.

A potato soup without flavor, a main course consisting of a lukewarm cut slice of roll roast and spaetzle from the bag and not to forget, two florets of broccoli and finally a chocolate mousse

The spa area is large, at some corners it could have been cleaner, the food was very good, the staff was very friendly and endeavored to make the guests go well. The first coming was with gone and the facility shown. .....Exemplary! Rip off I find the parking fee !!!

Customer service is something else! I have 2 vouchers worth 200 euros. Found in the drawer when moving. Are probably over 5 years old. Today I asked if I could get a massage for it. The answer was no, is the money worthless today? Now everyone can form their own opinion.

For me the best wellness hotel in the area. Many different saunas, whirlpool, hammam, sunbathing lawn, brine bath, cosmetics in a very relaxed atmosphere, nice people and attentive staff: efficient and you don't even notice that they're there. Great bistro with fresh, regional and delicious dishes. Even a short stay becomes a vacation. Highly Recommended.

Our two-day stay at the Lindner Hotel Binshof in Speyer unfortunately started with a rather unpleasant experience. Hardly in the room we discovered on the sheets clearly visible and quite massive blood spatter. The room was supposedly cleaned shortly before. The lady at the front desk did provide for remedy but their assurance that they would look at the personally was then unfortunately not implemented. I suppose in lack of interest. Why glasses and bottle opener just have to stand in the closet is not so completely understandable. For short stays, which are in a spa hotel quite commonplace, the cabinets are rather not used and therefore we did not discover the glasses and had to make do with the Zahnputzbechern. Likewise, I have often noticed that the staff at the front desk is not really familiar with their own terms and conditions. This time it was about the fact that we were promised in writing in writing on arrival and departure all day to use the spa. In the hotel we were told that we would have to pay the extra time on the day of arrival before 15 o'clock and on the day of departure after 12 o'clock. Luckily we had a printed copy with us. For the inconvenience in the room we were granted a discount, but something like that should not happen in such a hotel. The wellness area was as always very suitable to relax. The water in the hot tubs could be a bit warmer though. The temperature was not really pleasant. It is a pity that in the otherwise beautifully designed brine grotto, of all things, the ceiling was styled in a cold white. The walls are decorated to match the atmosphere in warm colors and illuminated with a nice change of light. On the water "floating" but you have not the walls but the ceiling in the view .... The clouded the overall impression in the brine grotto already considerably. Positive is the breakfast buffet which leaves nothing to be desired.

A very nice wellness hotel. My room was very well equipped. The spar area and the many saunas were well equipped.

Great hotel and great service.
Unfortunately not child-free, which bothered us. We have children ourselves and wanted to spend a children-free weekend. Unfortunately, when eating and in the spa howling toddlers.
Furthermore, we were bothered that the spa is not completely textile-free, so you have to always put on the wet swimsuit. What has disturbed are the nice other wellness visitors who occupy the beach chairs in the morning and then the whole day nobody comes.

I had been tempted by the website to try the hotel with the added product time for me. Unfortunately, it was more sham. Even the approach is paved with potholes. Then the parking fees for hotel guests on an unpaved parking space. When you enter the hotel you will already get a hint of chlorine smell like in an indoor pool. My room in the first class category was getting old and the open bathroom was not warm even with heat lamp. The view of the spa area meant that I had to look at the naked sauna goers and the campsite. The applications the next day were not explained and loveless performed. Only the lady for the cream pack asked me if I know that already and has explained everything. In the restaurant lives a sparrow who probably belongs to the house, as I was told! The breakfast buffet was very manageable! The area in front of the spa appears with the many bathers in a bathrobe more like a public bath than a hotel. When asked if you could come with children I was told that the jumping into the water the other guests would disturb. After this statement, I was finally clear that this was my first and last visit to this hotel.

Do as you used to. Provide fruit for the stay. Rooms change the high Einig in the shower. In the gastronomy area to train the staff better and use more staff so that the waiting time is shorter and as for a beer 10 min waiting time
