Superb small grain mill. They do certified organic flour, freshly milled to order. They are straight-up professionals, with old-school character and integrity. I love them, and I love the flour, grains, mixes, etc.

Also, they've been around a long time and were really a vanguard for the switch to organic flour production around here.

What a great team! Promptly handled our order, even during very difficult times. The bread flour is absolutely wonderful highly recommend.

I just sliced my first loaf of Super Sprout whole wheat bread. Wow! I agree with Peter Reinhart that it is the best whole wheat bread I've ever eaten.

Delivering organic wheat from western Kansas, showed up two hours before they closed and told me I have to wait till tomorrow. No other trucks here, just didn't want to do it at the end of their day. No respect for other peoples time. Will never be back here.

I ordered a 25 lb bag of 14% high gluten flour last Spring when flour was scarce. Previously I had been using various high gluten flours from the grocery store. I'm now on my 3rd bag and hope to never use any high gluten flour other than Lindley Mills' again.

Whether for my bread or pizza dough, this flour is simply the best I've ever used!

I just received my latest delivery from Lindley Mills this week. Just made my first batch of sourdough with exclusively their flour. Boy is it tasty and the bread crumb is out of this world! I'm in Florida and this is one of the closest small organic mills that's also reasonably priced. Keep doing what you're doing and thank you.

Fantastic customer service. Very friendly staff and demonstrated their knowledge by helping me pick a product. Then checked in with me on email. I used the high gluten for bagels and we were thrilled with the result...we love the product and the people at Lindley Mills, keep it up!!
