Great service, knowledgeable staff. Would definitely use them again in the future.

From April in the office to the electricians Michael (who also came to do an estimate on the job) and Jeremy, all were professional personable people. Their work was great. Communication was excellent from the moment I sent them an email requesting a quote to the finished product. Came when they said they would and finished before they said they would. Nothing but good things to say about the company, the people who work there and how they operate their business. Highly recommend Kraun Electric to anyone and will be calling them the next job I need an electrician.

We recently completed another large renovation project with Kraun Electric. Electrician Brandon has become a trusted tradesperson for our business. His professionalism and quality of work is why we continue to use Kraun exclusively. Another job well done!

I love honest people. Saturday evening, house goes dark. I try the usual, check brakers, fuses, etc. Still dark. No choice, call the pro's. I got a quick call back, reviewed the problem on the phone, discussed prices, then the electrician suggested to try one more thing to identify the problem... it worked! My total cost was less than $20. The company made no money of of me on this call, but I am sure to call them in the future. It all comes down to trust.

Mike provided excellent information and diagnosed our issue quickly. I wanted a conversion of a 100 amp service from fuse to breaker switches. I added a surge protector to the 'to do list' the morning of the job. No problem. He was punctual for the initial consult and the actual day of the job. Mike completed the work well within his scheduled timeline and the worksite was cleaned. He also offered some other suggestions to update the wiring in the kitchen. Mike and April are great ambassadors for Kraun Electric!

I came accross an electrician named Kyle Kwiatkowski who came for an estimate for a cirquit braker installation. I definitely do NOT recommend him because he was very unprofessional, arrogant and disrespectful the whole time. He kept saying to me that I have installed wrong boxes and outletes. I patiently explained to him that I got them from The Home Depot and that a day before I passed ESA inspection. Kyle kept repeating himself over and over that he can't believe that I have passed the inspection. He made it sound like the inspector was incompetent. Not to mention Kyle was very confused with the regulations and codes. He had to call someone at Kraun for advise and right infront of me, he said to the person on the phone " I can't believe this guy has passed the inspection". At this point I have heard enough and asked him to leave. On top of that he did not wear the mandatory by Kraun face mask. Verry disappointed with him. Having said that, I was extremly happy with the receptionist Connie. Amazing lady, very polite and helpful.

I am happy that I asked Kraun Electric Inc. to have them to do the job in my house, Adam was the Gentleman who did the job in my house; Extremely knowledgeable, high quality workmanship, well mannered, respectful, clean and tidy work. A home we recently purchased had some electrical deficiencies that needed attention for peace of mind with safety & we also decided to upgrade the service from 100A to 200A. The quote was competitive with others we sought, and we were impressed with the information package Josh provided with his quote and the follow-up a day later to address any pending questions before deciding which company to trust with the electrical work.

The work was done over two days the first day was the electrical service upgrade. Josh and Kyle completed this in the expected timeframe and cleanly installed in the new panel and the updated external configuration on the side of the house. They worked together to label all the circuits and Josh explained one that was overloaded (which we then chose to have a separate circuit run).

Connie @ Kraun arranged for Alectra Utilities to take the service offline during the upgrade and promptly restore service once the work was done with a quick phone call by Kyle.

Josh returned the second day to fix the deficiencies primarily exposed wiring, add an electrical outlet, replacement of a couple of GFCIs. I received a followup email from Connie 2 days after the work was done checking in to make sure everything was working as expected.

We would be a repeat customer of Kraun Electric if the need arose.

After several years of using fuses, we decided it was time to upgrade to a circuit breaker panel. We called Kraun Electric after hearing their advertisement on the radio. After booking an appt. for an estimate, Brandon came and checked out our concerns and left us with an estimate. We didn't even bother getting a second estimate because we felt totally comfortable with this young man. Not only did he do an excellent job, labelled everything, he also fixed an electrical outlet that had shorted as well as fix the plugs for our washer and dryer at no extra cost. Brandon left the whole work area totally clean. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone thinking about doing any electrical work. You will not be disappointed.

We recently had a situation where our ceiling lights in the front part of the house suddenly didn't work. Since we were unable to source the problem, we called Kraun Electric and even though it was on the weekend, a serviceman was at our home within a short period of time. He very quickly found a loose wire in a hard to reach and unused socket and quickly had it fixed. This socket was at the back wall of a very tiny closet and we were worried that he wouldn't be able to reach it but he somehow did. Thank you Mike J, you did a great repair job in a tight place and we're very grateful for that. I will definitely call Kraun Electric for any future needs and will highly recommend them.

We had planned on getting 3 - 4 quotes before choosing an electrician to update / rewire the house - but - after meeting Adam we knew that was completely unnecessary. We couldn't be happier with that decision.

Adam, Mike and Jeremy were the electricians that came to the house to do the work. They were professional, tidy and genuinely nice people - they even wore protective booties! (Shout out to the booties!) The quote / invoice was fair and honest. The house feels safe now with the new wiring, panel box and real lights in the basement. They even labeled the panel box so we aren't guessing anymore as to what controls what.

They answered any questions and concerns we had along the way and were kind and respectful not only towards the two legged home dwellers - but the four legged as well.

April at the office was amazing too - making arrangements and keeping us up-to-date. Very personable and easy to talk to. Was a pleasure dealing with her.

In the upcoming months we'll be renovating the kitchen and bathroom and we are looking forward to having them back for that.

In the middle of October I was driving my car and listening to some country music - and heard the Kraun Electric ad - "no job too small". I had called 3 electricians who did not return calls or show up. So, I went to the Kraun website and sent them an email, stating what I needed done in my home. I hit "Send" and wondered if I would ever hear from them. Within minutes I received an auto response saying that they would contact me. This was a Friday afternoon. On Monday I received the call and the attendant booked an appointment for an electrician to come to my home. He arrived the next day, looked at what needed to be done, gave me a printed estimate and said that if I wanted the work done call Kraun to book it.
The next day I had a follow up call from Kraun and subsequently booked the work for November. Brandon not only arrived early, he did a great job, was polite, courteous and very professional. I will always highly recommend Kraun Electric to anyone who needs an electrician. Thank you to Brandon and kudos to your attendant/receptionist who was also most efficient and pleasant! Mike came in to upgrade the 30+ year old panel in our home. From the initial call to the completed job, he was an absolute professional. He arrived early on both the assessment and work days. After assessing our needs, he came up with the most cost effective solution to our problem and recommended some upgrades that would ensure that the new panel would suit our needs for the next 30+ years. He finished the job quickly and left the job site in great condition. He also took the time to explain the differences between the old equipment and the new to ensure that we were familiar with it. He also answered some questions we had relating to the planning of an upcoming project. I will call Kraun again for my future electrical projects.

What great guys from start to finish! Brandon, Max and Andrew worked on installing new outdoor heaters for our Stuxure Pergola from Aztec.
First we met with Brandon who prepared a detailed quote for us and sourced the Infratech heaters and required controls. They worked closely with the team from Aztec to coordinate for the install day. Each step of the way we felt in such great hands. Brandon was such a delight. His contageous smile never once faltered even when technical specifications from Infratech proved challenging.We would like to highly recommend Kraun for any electrical work you might require. We had Mike come to do some lighting repairs. I told Connie (the receptionist who was wonderful) that my husband has dementia and that the technician would have to call me on arrival so I could explain what needed to be done. Connie totally understood and Mike the technician WHO IS AMAZING, called me twice - first to explain what he would be doing and then post the work to update me and get payment. Mike was thorough, pleasant and his work was spot on. Second best part was the invoice was so reasonable I was totally expecting it to be twice what it was. If you need electrical work done, call Kraun and ask for Mike and if your lucky, Connie will take your call.

From quote to clean up, the electrician Brandon was courteous, prompt, efficient, and cleaned up the work area thoroughly. All work was explained, and completed in a very timely fashion. We would have no hesitation to recommend this company to family and friends.

This morning we had the privilege of having Kyle from Kraun Electric come to our home to convert our 1960's era fuse box to a new and up-to-date breaker panel. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time of 8:00am and was polite, courteous and clearly knowledgeable about his task at hand. Everything was thoroughly tested when he finished. The panel is clearly labeled and everything about our new equipment was explained to me and my wife. We will happily have Kyle and Kraun back again for any future electrical needs.

For an unrelated issue I had Nathan from Kraun here today. First off, the office staff is so polite, prompt and courteous moving my appointment up nice and early. Nathan was punctual (a bit early actually!) and immediately diagnosed and fixed the issue with one of our outlets. I cannot say enough good things about Kraun and their staff, all the best!

Kraun Electric has consistently been professional, timely and efficient. Their customer service is impeccable. Any electrical needs, from a full renovation, to running a line outside for outdoor lighting, to simple resetting of an outlet (yes, I did this twice and they still do not make fun of me lol), they are who I call. Kyle is my go to guy. He is young, ambitious, kind and just easy to get along with. They are always thorough and beyond fair. If you need a great electrician look no further.

We have used Kraun in the past and we just had them out to our home again today. We needed a bathroom vanity light replaced. Brandon was our main service person from our past renovation and he was awesome. Brandon did a lot of work for us during our home renovation. At that time he had an apprentice named Kyle.

When we called back this time and asked for Brandon, we found out that Kyle had passed his test and is now licensed. We were more than glad to have Kyle come out. Kyle came out for our call and did a fantastic job. We also heard that Brandon had been promoted and was still involved with the call supporting Kyle. Sounds like great team work to me.

We will definitely continue to use Kraun! And, we would be confident to recommend them to friends and family.

Kraun s licensed electrician Brandon completed a thorough inspection and completed all required remedial electrical work in a timely and professional manner. I am a real estate agent and I work with investors in the Niagara area, so I am in charge of managing and maintaining their investment properties. This being said, I called Kraun Electric based off their positive reviews, and after speaking to some neighbours in the area.

I had an amazing experience, and it is definitely worth sharing with others who may be deciding which electrician to choose. Adam W. was the electrician that serviced my client's house, and he did a remarkable job! Adam was thorough, knowledgeable, and made sure to get the job done in a timely manner, so that the tenants would not be disturbed.

Based off my experience, I can say that Adam W., and probably the whole team at Kraun, strive to provide honest service, and they are not just out to make money. In my clients home, the tenants tried everything to diagnose the electrical issue, but they could not figure it out.

Adam W. could have told us anything and we would have believed it, since we could not figure out any reason why some of the outlets were not working. It turned out to be something minor, a wire tightening issue, and Adam was honest about it and repaired it immediately. Although it took him more time, and he had to remove and reinstall many things, Adam was kind enough not to charge us extra. Moreover, before leaving, he gave us additional pointers and tips to make sure we were educated on how to understand the problems we were having.

Overall great experience! Thank you to Adam W. and Kraun Electric, you guys are doing a great job - I would highly recommend your services!

Kevin from Kraun came and installed an outdoor electric plug. He was professional and explained everything he did as i had no clue. He was very fast and efficient at his job that i was happy to find out it was cheaper than the quote! Ill never use anothe3 company again.

I found Kraun Electric to be extremely professional. Everyone I dealt with (Yvonne, Adam and Adam) were very courteous and easy to talk to. When I called to discuss my issue, they were out to survey the problem & issue a quote that very same day. I received a follow up call to see if I had received my quote & when I said that I just had some more questions, Yvonne was very helpful. The day the work was done, Adam was on time, efficient and very friendly. I would highly recommend Kraun Electric. I got a couple more quotes and all were within range. Adam also made a recommendation to have a surge protector installed, which none of the others did. April 26, 2019 - Jeremy and Kyle arrived at 8am as per scheduled by April. These two gentlemen as so professional and completed work as discussed. They kept me updated and explained all the work completed to the best of my understanding. I have used this company at least 4 times and highly recommend them for electrical work.

Created a DIY project for myself to replace my ceiling fans. After installing the first one that took longer than I expected, I started installing the second one.

This time I realized that the electrical box was damaged and the job was now outside of my skill set.

I called Kraun and the fellow that arrive provided an excellent quote. He asked me if he could do the job immediately. He completed the installation of all my fans in about an hour, including the replacement of the box.

If I knew it was going to be this painless, I should have just contracted them to replace all of them for me.

Totally no stress. No mess in any of the work areas. Totally would recommend Kraun for your residential needs.

From start to finish, my interactions with this company warrant five stars. The original assessment and estimate were clear, and the electrician (Brandon) was helpful. The office staff was also very explicit about timelines. The second electrician, Adam, was also impressive. I have been telling everyone that I have never witnessed such a tidy operation . The company even does quality checks after the electricians have come and gone. Top notch.

Fast friendly and professional highly recommended did a great clean job installing our hot tub

We recently had the pleasure of using Kraun Electric for the first time. From start to finish the experience was excellent. Scheduling, receiving an estimate, and completion of the work was handled with friendly efficiency. The work itself involved a 200 amp panel replacement and the replacement of about 24 plugs and switches as wells as the diagnosis of a faulty thermostat. This was accomplished in one day and the guys worked hard from start to finish. We would not hesitate to recommend Kraun for any electric needs.

I recently had work done by Adam and Andrew M, to do some new installation and replacement of old receptacles. This was my second visit, where I had Krauhn back to do this work after they provided great service to an emergency call. He went above and beyond my expectations installing all new ceiling fixtures (none existed in our house previously), replacing a faulty track light and repairing my outdoor GFCI. The service was exceptional. I have an old house with old wiring and a fusebox that needed to be replaced among a few other worries (and a lot of questions). Before the work was done, Kyle reviewed everything (and gave a free detailed/itemized estimate). For the work itself, he completed everything efficiently (and he answered a ton of questions I had). I was hesitant about going with a "company" rather than a smaller business but from start to finish there was nothing that could be improved upon. Easily 5 stars.

Kraun Electric was recommended by a neighbour...and I can certainly see why! We had a minor repair completed. The service was professional and courteous from the moment of contact with April to book the appointment to the actual work completed by Adam. Adam took the time to explain all that needed to be done and gave us some great advice on other work we should have done. We will be doing some bathroom renovations later this year and Kraun Electric will be our contractor for the electrical service! Certainly glad we found this company.

We needed a bathroom exhaust fan installed, a plug moved, and a porch light installed. Since Kraun did a great job rewiring our house a few years ago, they were the obvious choice. Nathan did a great job! He arrived on time, was very respectful of my house, and let me know what he was doing as he worked. The bathroom fan was a messy job, but Nathan did a great job cleaning up after. As always, I am very happy with the work that was done, and will be calling Kraun again when I need an electrician.

Decided to upgrade our service panel from fuses to breakers and chose Kraun Electric based on internet and our neighbours reports. The entire experience was very positive and really it is something we should have done long ago. Our technician was Mike Lamb and he was extremely easy to talk to and explained any of our concerns.
