Do what you need to in your own city but take.care of our city better. Your responsible for managing these. Do it better.

What an inspiring company and mission. So much more than a scooter.

Easy way to quickly get through a big city. App is easy to use. Scooter is easy to figure out. Be sure to get used to how it works in a quiet spot before going around a busy spot with people. Be sure to download the app before you try to ride because it takes a minute to set up. I m only giving 4 stars because it only lets you rent one scooter at a time, so you can t rent for a friend. Also, it s more expensive that you d expect. It s fun to see your route and how far/long you rode for. It has a pause feature which is nice to go into places and not loose your scooter to another rider.

Lime does not work very well in Little Rock in that the scooters do not add to the beauty or functionality of our city. These unappealing vehicles have commandeered much green space here as people leave them lying around anywhere they want. The vehicles are, of course, unsafe, with no helmet requirement. In addition, you have to ride them in the street (better than the sidewalk!) which is dangerous if a car hits you.
Finally, the advertised rate of a few cents a minute, has suddenly going up to a whopping $.30 a minute, so a ride that was formerly $6 appears as $20 on your credit card. Surprise! As an aside, the fee is only $.15 per minute in San Francisco, of all places--half of what it is in Little Rock.
In addition, there is a $1 start-up fee here, More often than not, the battery on a selected scooter will have had its battery depleted, so you go to the NEXT scooter or the next one till you find one with a full battery. It's $1 each time to discover battery usage.
I understand that these scooters bring revenue to a community. I ride these (in other cities) on occasion, and they are fun. However, in addition to being overly expensive, they are simply not suited to Little Rock. At what price do we just say, "Stop!" The disadvantages outweigh the benefits.

I hope the instructions can be clear and the product can be improved. I hurt my leg while riding the bike since I didn t know what exactly to Kick and ride . There isn t a clear instructions, so I pressed the ride but the bike was not moving, but all of sudden it speed up quickly and dragged me to the ground. I hurt my leg with bleeding and bruising.

The bike s speed is very fast .

The bike should be improved to speed up slowly and should add a clear instructions on how to kick and ride.

I saw a $129.32 (CAD) charge on my credit card after using lime in SF. No explanation, no email, no warning in the app. Called the customer service. and they had no explanation either so they just opened a ticket. After a month they told me:

"We Checked and due to system error some our users were charged USD 100.00 for incorrect parking. As such we have goen ahead and issues a refund of USD 100.00 that you were charged."

The refund was $121.46 (CAD) so basically I lost 8 dollars because of a lime "system error"

Customer service is extremely slow, dishonest, unethical and unorganized. I encourage all to search Lime Class Action Lawsuits and join.

Electric scooter brakes either don't work or are inefficient. My wife needed to stop on an San Francisco downhill ride, felt off and cut her knee and wrists do to f breaks not working. The scooter could not stop a slim 130lb lady.

Really bad management in the city and it creates a awful brand awareness.

I bought a pass of five 30-minute rides this month in Salt Lake City
My 2nd scooter did not function.
I ended the ride, then switched to a working scooter.
Lime refuses to credit the ride back on to the pass.
Providing only 3 free unlocks.
This not only falls short of the cost of a 30 minute ride plus unlock, I can't use the unlocks as I do not intend to use this service anymore if this is the shady way they do business.
