I saw a $129.32 (CAD) charge on my credit card aft...

I saw a $129.32 (CAD) charge on my credit card after using lime in SF. No explanation, no email, no warning in the app. Called the customer service. and they had no explanation either so they just opened a ticket. After a month they told me:

"We Checked and due to system error some our users were charged USD 100.00 for incorrect parking. As such we have goen ahead and issues a refund of USD 100.00 that you were charged."

The refund was $121.46 (CAD) so basically I lost 8 dollars because of a lime "system error"
