This is an okay place to go but beware they keep it 50 degrees there in the summer time so you need a jacket. if you tell the receptionist man he becomes very angry.

I've been used as a research subject 3 times so far. I really enjoy helping. I've had excellent experiences each of the first two times. The last time, however, the session manager, a young woman, was condescending and frankly, rude. She cut me off, and dismissed my comments, so after about 3 times, I didn't participate any more. If she doesn't want to have an open, honest discussion I'm happy to sit there listening, not participate, and walk out with a little extra cash. Their loss.

BTW, she did tell me to shut up once, too. Not in those words, of course, but it was obvious she needs a new line of work, like stocking shelves at Walmart in the middle of the night where she doesn't have to contact customers.

Nice location. Staff are friendly. I've been to two focus groups so far (about an hour each) and got $100 each time.

I have done multiple focus groups over the years at Lighthouse Research and NEVER had a bad experience. Great location, very punctual and professional.

Absolutely love working with everyone at Lighthouse Research. Always a pleasant experience.
