We got the system few months ago with Ash. It was a rather difficult decision to make however we are very happy we got it and we love our drinking water and our shower experience. Our house is much cleaner and we already recommended it to our friends and family.

We went to home depot and got a water testing sample and we filled it up and sent it back to them. My family was concerned that our water may be possibly hard. When we got our results back our assumption was correct. Raheem then came and persuaded us to buy the companies Rainsoft system. He showed us the difference between how clear the rainsoft water can be compared to ours. The difference was astonishing. With his knowledge and expertise he guided us to implement this system in our house. It was a very good experience.

I've purchased my Rainsoft system 5 months ago. I've noticed a significant difference on my skin and hair. Worst experience I had when I have invited people to my home for water testing. Intensive black mailing and forcing their product to the home owners. even repeatedly telling same thing over and over. about your water is bad, do you like to stick with this bad water etc. etc.,I am not a dumb person to tell the same thing 10 times over. I have multiple times told about leave it to me, I will take care of that decision later.. you are not authorized to force people and do intensive black mailing.I am going to report this to City and CBC as well. these crooks were so pathetic, I had to kick them out from my house.

All these years I always thought that the water we drank was perfect but after my sales rep Demetre showed us what actually is in our water, I was truly shocked. D is very easy to talk to and best part he has loads of patience. My wife and I asked him so many questions and he answered all of them with full details. We finally decided to get the system and a technician came in to do all necessary yet minimal work. So far the family is very happy with the quality of the water and I am happy that we are actually drinking healthy water. It's what I expected. I saw some other installations from my neighbours in the area and it came as advertised. I installed the alkaline system for drinking water and it tastes great. Sherlock was very useful, and the Home Depot backed installation agent was efficient and also helped me hook up my ice maker to the clean water as well.

I would highly recommend the Rain Soft water system. In our 2 weeks of having the system we have noticed a huge difference in the water quality. From drinking water, to showers and even just washing your hands makes a big difference in how clean the water really is. We just feel cleaner every move we make. Demetre ( sales representative) was very professional and knowledgeable about the water and all the products that you received in purchasing the system. He tested our water and showed us how much better it could be with the breakdown of cost we were spending on essentials like soaps, cleaning supplies, ect. Remarkable System and Services by Lifetime water systems!! After 4 years of research and testing i made the decision to install the full and the best water treatment system i.e Rainsoft provided Lifetime water systems.
There lot of benefits installing the water treatment system skin is soft, less use of soap and detergents, reduced hair fall, got rid of whiteness in dishwasher, no calcium deposits on my faucets, hot water tank became more efficient, laundry is excellent after installing clean start and my kids skin problems reduced a lot etc.
I did comparison of all the water treatment systems available in the market below are the few comparisons but there are many more to mention here :-
1. Other companies replace the carbon inside the tank which is too much cumbersome and cost more money but Lifetime water systems swap the carbon tank with new one, in half the price including the labor that other companies charges.
2. After installation if some problem arises you need to pay labor charges but Lifetime water systems provides 1 year full warranty at no cost.
3. For drywall cutting you need to get it fixed and painted at your cost, but lifetime water system do it for you irrespective of how many visits are required they do the work until you are 100% satisfied.
4. Other systems need resins changed after 8 to 10 years and the cost involved is high but Lifetime water systems have lifetime warranty on resins and if resins need to changed only you need to pay for cost of labor which is one fifth the price that other companies charges to change resins.
5. No other companies provide Lifetime warranty on their parts and systems but Lifetime water systems provides lifetime warranty.

If you Google Search the name of this company you will find all kinds of less than stellar experiences. The basic scenario for how I found them is they send a junk mailer telling you to contact a number to win a gift card (which NEVER actually is given to you). You then get to endure a multi hour presentation from a salesperson who is more aggressive than your typical timeshare. And even if you are still interested in their products at this point, the pricing is way higher than anyone else in market. I would avoid at all costs if you see this name in your mail.

Raheem was knowledgeable and entertaining during his presentation. We enjoyed his presence in our home. My husband says it is too early to tell how good the system works. We have had it installed for just over a month. The R.O. drinking water is delicious. Love the little faucet right at the sink area. (very convenient) Have also noticed no more scale build-up at the bottom of my kettle. The quick lather during a shower takes some getting used to, but the less product being used is appreciated. Overall quite happy.
