It was really nice working with Rahim. He is very knowledgable and provided excellent customer service. He explained the product in such detail that we were able to make decision right away. Also the installer Tom who came for the installation was also very prompt and professional. I surely recommend Rainsoft, Rahim and Tom to all people who are looking for water filtration system.
