It's what I expected. I saw some other installations from my neighbours in the area and it came as advertised. I installed the alkaline system for drinking water and it tastes great. Sherlock was very useful, and the Home Depot backed installation agent was efficient and also helped me hook up my ice maker to the clean water as well.
