Always have a good experience at Lifetime Nails. I usually get in right away, and the location is clean. The pedicures are always great. Jackie always does my nails and she does an amazing job. I'm really rough on my hands and my nails never break when she does them. She's fast and has some creative ideas to make my nails fun and unique. I always get compliments on my nails.

I requested a mani/pedi and the gentleman that did my pedicure did a fine job. I was then shuffled on to someone else for my manicure, after someone walked in and requested the man that was doing my pedicure. I then tell the gal my request of SHORT pink/white ombre. Well apparently when you request an ombre you don't get a full manicure as she just started right in with the acrylic. My finger tips still white the entire time from the gel soak off. She didn't clean my cuticles at all nor did she make them short as I requested. She did not put lotion at the end or anything! I went in first thing in the morning and the kicker is I could barely touch my finger tips to ANYTHING as they hurt so bad from her drilling the nail bed so much along with three cut cuticles that drew blood!! I wish I would have went back but my fingers hurt too bad.
Another thing, the way that the owner, Jackie, was talking to her client made me feel embarrassed for her. Honestly, I cannot believe that this is repeat customer of hers. I even looked over at the customer and she was in disbelief at how the owner was talking to her. Very condescending. Maybe after that visit- she will rethink where she gets her nails at. I know I will NEVER be back and wish I had not tipped them.
Nails & toes look great but customer service was horrible... They lied about prices, said I couldn't use my coupon because I didn't have cash ( after my nails were done ) I was the last one in the salon & they rushed me & treated me so bad... I will never go back there.
My first mani/pedi - ever! I was a bit nervous but they made me feel at ease and were very friendly. Huge selection of polish colors and services available. I will be back!!

Prices are high & not transparent, my nail tech did not talk to me (& was actually pretty rude when I asked questions as someone who had never gotten acrylics before), the nails were poorly painted & not pushed to the edges. Two stars because my pedicure was well done & the salon was very clean. Went to Daisy Nails in Crystal to get them filled/redone & highly recommend them instead!
Fantastic service from Nate's Barber Shop. Was hesitant at first with going to a new barber but Nate asked exactly what was wanted and the final product was great. Will definitely be back.

I love this place. Powder gel nails are done perfectly here (last me 3 weeks without chips). I live in Maple Grove but will drive further to get my nails done every few weeks here. I also love the waxing services. Great value for both and high quality!

I went here a few times, I always like to give a place a few chances. Well I called and asked to book 3 appointments at 530. Was told they could only do 5pm, ok not a problem. Asked if me and the 2 other people coming with me could sit together, was told ok. Get there 5 minutes early one was taken back then the second which was not next to me or the other at all. I was left waiting for 20 minutes to get seated next.... no one even came to check up on me. The man who did my nails was rough he would shove my hands and smack them instead of telling me what he wanted me to do. My one friend was burned by the dremel, and the other got chastised for not having cash to tip. I've never been treated so poorly at a nail shop. I won't be going back!

Prices are not as listed. Paid about 10 to 15 dollars over the price each time. Its a very clean place however and I did like my acrylics done. I probably will not go back tough.

I would go as far as to say this is the worst nail place I have ever been to. The lady who did my nails (I think her name was Peggy?) was so rude and would literally ignore me when I tried talking to her, it was very uncomfortable. She also rushed and was very rough, and the end product was less than satisfactory and overpriced. I made an appointment and they didn t take me til like 40 minutes later. And to top it off, the place was not clean at all. I watched her put tools back without cleaning them. Don t go here, try Nails and Company.
I went here this morning to get my eyebrows waxed. This would be my 4th time getting waxed at this nail salon bc I ve always left happy with the results. Today was definitely my last time coming here. The young woman who did my eyebrows decided to put the wax on both eyebrows first and then put the pull strips on last. In my experience, you re supposed to put wax on then put the pull strip on directly after the wax. I m assuming whoever did my brows this morning was not licensed bc this young lady tore off a layer of my skin. I m still in pain, and my skin is very red and tender. It even started to blister. When I left the shop everything looked fine, I assumed the redness would quickly go away like it usually does, but when I got home I looked in the mirror and wanted to cry. Do not get your eyebrows done here, I would hate for this to happen to anyone. And I will be stepping in this nail salon in a few hours to speak with whoever s in charge and get my money back. I am so disappointed..

I have been coming here every month for over a year now, since moving back to Plymouth, and could not say better things about this salon. I usually walk in without an appointment due to my work schedule and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes, (even though they are usually very busy). The staff is very friendly and always very accommodating! The salon is small but has a great open layout, recently revamped, and always very clean! I've had mani's and pedi's from just about every employee and every one has done a great job and really focus on details. Whether it be a great leg and foot massage during a pedi or the polish color, length, cut and shape of my nails, they are all amazing!!!
Today I had Jackie and she did a great job and was so sweet. I had a stressful week at work and she made me feel right at home and totally relaxed. I will continue to go to Lifetime, love this salon and their staff. I can't say enough about how kind and genuinely caring every one is that I've met that works here!!!
The lady who did my nails was not only rude but she was mad at me the whole time for mistaken a mani vs a full set. She kept on talking about it with her other co workers and that just didn't seem right. She never told me to wash my hands either. NEVER! Worst experience I've had at a nail shop.

This is a great place to get your nails and toes done. Tony and Jacki do a great job. Just don't catch Jacki when she's in a rush.
Went there for the first time got dip set with kim which lasted only a week the second time again with kim gave me a wrong color even after telling her that it looks diffrent she told me that it's gonna look how i want once she finished one of the coworkers to told her it looked diffrent (in chinese thinking i don't understand) but later told her to take the sample away i was supper pissed.
My nails are perfect. Jackie did them. She was so nice and really took her time with me. She did them just like I asked her to!

First walked in , got greeted and picked out my colors... pedicure was great, but it came time for paying and they didn't even appreciate my tip I gave them. They didn't expect tips on the credit card(if they did I would've gave more) and the only cash I had was 3 dollars... wish I would've gave zero because when I gave them the tip , they didn't say anything and ran off to her next appointment. People need to start being thankful for what they get no matter how much it is...
