I ve been a patient of Dr. Claudio Lagunas for more than 10 years. He s a great eye doctor and I would recommend him to anyone. He s the only one I would go to.

I have seen several of the providers for me and my children. They all explain things at a level that even my children can understand. Both the providers and their staff are friendly and informative.

I love the fact that I can text message them and get a response back via text.

Dr. Claudio Laguna has been taking care of checking my vision health for the past 5 year and I m very pleased as he explains in details the findings during checkup and has always provided the right recommendations

I was referred to Dr. Martinez by my 3 year old daughter s pediatrician for a possible strabismus. Dr. Martinez was wonderful! She is clearly knowledgeable when it comes to pediatrics!! My daughter absolutely LOVED her! Such a great experience for our first time to the eye doctor!! Highly recommend her and Lifetime Eyecare!! We will definitely be returning for future exams!!

Dr Romero helped me tremendously with my suddenly worsening dry eyes. Her expertise and willingness to spend time explaining the many details of the treatment have been crucial to my improvement. I highly recommend her services.

Dr. Vallery and all the staff were so kind and patient with me and my 6-month-old whom I had to bring with me to my appointment. I really appreciate their being sweet to him and flexible with us.

Horrible doctors and staff. I had to come here FIVE times and they were still unable to provide a correct prescription. I returned my useless glasses and was still out of pocket $60. They argued with me, blamed me for their incompetence and were straight up rude saying I didn t try to make it work. I came to your office FIVE times to try and make this work. There was no reason to be so rude, I just wanted a refund for improper service.

The building has very bad cell reception

We have been patients here for many many years. All 5 members of our family have always been treated exceptionally. They go beyond expectations. The doctors are always up to date in the newest technology and explain everything thoroughly. They are patient and never hurry up the process of finding the best solution for each one of us, no matter how long it takes. They really care about their patients. I've been recommending this place to family and friends, and nobody has ever been disappointed.

Top notch service received by qualified, knowledgeable and friendly staff until they got my money, then the superb service fell rock-bottom flat.
I have been waiting 18 days now (and still counting) for my glasses to arrive.

My whole family returned for annual eye exams following the recent COVID-19 shutdown period. Lifetime Eyecare Associates was so incredibly helpful as always, and I was very impressed by all of the additional safe hygiene practices They have implemented into their already very sterile offices. We began our visit by texting from the parking lot where the staff came out to our car to first give us a COVID screening questionnaire and take our temperatures. We were all asked to wear masks in to the office and we were taken in one at a time. The entire time I was in there I never saw another patient and was kept socially distanced from everyone throughout the entire visit other than the doctor when examining my eyes. Dr. Lagunas was wearing extra protective gear himself, so I felt incredibly comfortable the entire time. Constant handwashing stations, hand sanitizer throughout, and cleaning and re-cleaning of all equipment before and after use was done while I was there. Following the exam as we were brought into the area to look at sunglasses and frames, I noticed that any set of frames that is touched by a customer is re-sanitized before it is placed on the display rack. I think they have gone above and beyond to ensure a safe environment for their patients and, as always, they were incredibly kind and helpful with all of our vision needs! We truly appreciate the doctors at this practice and the wonderful service they provide us every year!

I ve been a little cautious about going to doctors of any sorts right now due to covid, however I knew I needed some glasses and contacts. Dr Valarie and her staff did an amazing job of ensuring safety protocols were in place to social distance, ensure cleanliness of all areas and get the job done in a timely manner. I felt very safe and comfortable!

Wrong prescription. After spending on lenses that makes a square screen into a parallelogram, wanted to charge more for a new prescription because one month was past after their 3 months policy. Enough to spend based on their wrong prescription to keep spending based on their total lack of customer service and customer satisfaction non-sense.

Dr. Lagunas and his staff are outstanding! The entire team is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Lagunas is very thorough, compassionate and knowledgable. Great staff and excellent office. Highly recommend these guys!

I will not be going back to this office. Dr. Claudio Lagunas was pushy and rude after I decided not to order daily contacts (after a week trial) and instead order the monthly contacts I previously wore. I felt pressured to try the daily contacts, which is why I tired the trials. During my first appointment he said I could go back to my monthly contacts if I chose to, after trying the dailies, but then changed his tune after I decided to do so. It was very rude that a doctor would act frustrated and surprised at a patient's decision regarding contacts.

From the time I walked in the office, I was treated like a VIP. Very professional services and very informative. I will refer all of my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Justin Douglass

dont get me wrong great doctors but the fact they add on a processing fee when paying by credit card is ridiculous. credit card fees are a cost of doing business. so had to go to the bank and get cash as i was not going to pay an extra fee for using a debit card. will be looking for a new eye doctor.

Dr Vallery was very helpful and answered all my questions. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to improve my comfort and vision by making excellent suggestions. The prices are to high and they don t have professional customer service. They damaged one screw from my Ray-Bans frame and replaced it with a white screw that does not match and it was not screwed on right.

Dr Martinez is the most amazing doctor. She cares about his patients and listens to what you have to say. She is responsive to parents questions, and she is absolutely amazing with the kids. My son Love her. The staff is amazing.

Very disappointing visit. After more than 10 years being serviced by Dr. Valerie, she came unhinged today when I informed her that my wife was Covid-19 positive, but I have tested negative several times via various tests. In addition, I told her that I have quarantined for over 14 days. As a matter of fact, CDC guidelines state that you don t have to quarantine after 10 days. Personally, I felt like I was treated like a person with a plague! Maybe, Dr. Valerie picked the wrong career.
She even asked me that I wait another week before coming back to the clinic plus she asked me to provide her with the PCR results.
So, to see her I have to get a specific test (not required by CDC), wait another seven days to satisfy her concerns regardless of my need (not required by CDC) and submit them in writing as proof because my word does not count!
Thank you for showing us your true colors! My words = 28 years of service to the USArmy and retired as LTC! Your unhinged behavior resulted in three patients walking away from your business! Have an awesome 2021!

They fit me in after work (getting an appointment after 5 on weekdays last minute is very difficult) and they got me into the right lens and an adorable frame! Love it!

My experience was great from start to finish! Everyone was kind & considerate, & the Dr was very informative about my eye health & what kind of lenses would best suit me with my job. The young lady who worked with me to find a pair of glasses had a tough job. I tried on A LOT of glasses & then literally took over another 15 minutes to decide between 2 pair. She never made me feel pressured to hurry up & decide, she was great! Definitely a great place to go for your eye care needs!

This was my very first time coming to this facility. With the new COVID regulations in place, they made sure the facility and machines were cleaned throughout. Very friendly and courteous staff.

Had a wonderful experience today! The Mgt. and staff have a solid procedure in place to take care of customers and patients, while maintaining social distancing and sanitizing the facility. Staff was extremely helpful and made my eye exam experience perfect.

My family and I have had the best eye care over the past 10+ years at Lifetime Eyecare. Drs. Vallery and Guiterrez take quality time with us, teaching and explaining throughout the exam. The support staff is great as well. Allison, who fitted my lenses/glasses today, explained my options, made suggestions, answered questions, etc. She's new to this team but has 10 years of experience. I was very impressed!
The entire team is very conscientious of sanitizing before and after each patient. I've recommended this practice to people over the years and will continue to do so.

Exceptional! Prompt, Professional, & thorough! I have been wearing readers and they introduced me to Multifocal contacts. LIFE changing! I have never had vision issues until last few years (age lol)! They offered a perfect solution.

I was able to pick up my son s new glasses without having to go inside the office. They even replaced my other son s lenses while we waited in the car. Thank you for keeping the health of my family of high importance during this time. One of the many, many reasons we will continue to use Lifetime as our family s eye care specialists.

All-around fabulous: easy location with lots of parking right in front of the office, big nice clean offices/reception, and bathroom; welcoming receptionist with paperwork; comprehensive eye exam & blood pressure check by techs as well; and dr romero took her time and asked questions. I will definitely go back. My insurance paid all but $10 copay (VSP).

The doctor and service were great. My issue came at check out - if you use anything but cash - you are charged 3.5% - even a debit card. Ridiculous. Those credit card fees are the cost of doing business. Very Disappointed and will not go back.

Excellent care, great people. Dr. Romero did a great job explaining floaters and verified I have no retina impacts at this time. The technology in place to take pictures of the eye s interior is superb, and allows the doctors to easily see any changes since prior exam.

Another excellent experience. The COVID-19 protective procedures were excellent, felt very safe. Great application of state-of-the-art technology. Dr. Vallery and all the doctors take time to explain the exam and answer questions. This is important to us. As usual, all staff members were fantastic - professional and friendly.

I've seen Dr. Lagunas since he was in the Willowbrook area. Not only does he tell you you about the vision and the health of your eyes but he also tells you about the science of why your eyes do what do what they do etc. He is very personable and ensures his customers get the very latest and the best in eye care and service.

Went there for dry eye consultation. Got lipid view examination done first. Then Dr.Douglas went over care plans with me in details. He addressed all my concerns and questions patiently. I'm glad he recommended me non-aggressive treatment plan first which is a combination of heat eye mask, eyedrop, Omega 3 and blink exercises. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The entire staff is very knowledgeable and personable. I've honestly never had such a positive experience with my eye care. They truly care about their patients.
