My experience with Dr. Lagunas and her staff at Lifetime Eyecare was amazing. Eyeglasses were new to me after a lifetime without and I wanted to fast forward to contacts (progressive for reading and distance). Dr. Lagunas had all the patience in the world to get me fitted for contacts and help me learn how to insert and remove them. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and that I was pleased with the prescription. I highly recommend this office. Her staff is so helpful and the whole experience was a breeze.

Dr Lagunas and his staff are the BEST! I went during COVID and the office is super clean and all the necessary safety precautions are being followed. The service is always 11/10 and I would definitely recommended this place!
My Optometrist, Dr Mallory, and the staff were excellent. I waited less than 5 minutes in the lobby before being taken back for my appointment. Everyone was very professional, well organized and thorough. I enjoyed my experience. Dr Mallory addressed all my concerns and explained all test findings. I had such a wonderful experience at Lifetime Eyecare. I was vastly impressed with the technology they used. I was very happy to hear that it wasn't necessary for me to have my eyes dilated. The staff was very patient and friendly. Dr. Lagunas spent so much time with me explaining every aspect of my eye care. I would absolutely recommend Lifetime eyecare.
I got a wrong prescription, too! I would never recommend this place. Once you have an issue or question about anything, they rip out the welcome mat and their smiles turn to sullen frowns. Their prices for exams, retinal imaging, frames, and glasses are very high. Ultimately, I had to go elsewhere and have my prescription rechecked and fixed. Again. I then had to get my glasses redone at The Woodlands Costco (where the prices were so incredibly affordable, the frame selection was super - or you can bring your own, and the quality of the lenses and customer service were amazing in comparison). Lifetime Eyecare Associates also has "restocking fees," but I was not made aware of them beforehand. Also, their paperwork asks you for your social security number. Don't give it out, just ask your insurance company about that. Ignore their sales pitch for blue light lenses, too. You can just buy screens for your devices or check your device settings. Many readers, including Kindle, already have a "Blue Shade" setting that you can turn on and off. I've never left a review before, much less a one-star review, but I hope this is helpful to someone. And thank you to all the prior one-star reviewers who took the time to write about their similar experiences on here and on Yelp to help others. I only wish I'd read these earlier. God bless.

While enduring this pandemic, I had so much anxiety about visiting a public location. The office took every precaution to sanitize and keep safety first. The Dr took the time to educate me about my vision, the appropriate corrections and over health of my eyes. 10/10 will go again, and recommend to everyone!

Went in today for my yearly exam,very impressed with my visit. The exam machines were brand new and technicians were fast and friendly. Dr. Vallery was very professional and knowledgeable. She was able to correct my vision and put me in the most comfortable lenses i have ever worn. As luck would have it i am leaving for a trip and my dog destroyed my glasses. Maria went out of her way in helping me pick a set of frames and was able to rush out my frames and lenses while i waited. I will recommend Lifetime Eyecare Associates to my friends and family.

My four year old had her first experience with an eye doctor at the College Park location of Lifetime Eyecare Associates. Dr Ferreira and JJ were both amazing. We had a great experience. Both ladies were very kind and patient. Dr Ferreira took an exceptional amount of time with my daughter and she was very thorough when explaining the condition and helped me to understand how my daughter is seeing with uncorrected vision. Dr Ferreira was very knowledgeable in tailoring the examination and care to the pediatric population. I cannot say enough about how great these ladies were, how comfortable they made us feel and how incredibly patient they were with us. I would recommend Dr Ferreira over and over. She is awesome and I'm so happy we found her!

Fantastic as always - service was prompt and super friendly. Also, they have all the new technology that allows them to monitor my eyesight much better than anywhere else... the doctors stay on the leading edge and surprise me every year with new, more advanced tests, better materials for my contacts, etc, as well as in-depth knowledge and utmost attention to detail and my wellbeing. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
All personnel were very nice. I was treated very well. My issue is and continues to be with the fact that I cannot use any type of credit card there without experiencing a fee.
Staff is very friendly and professional. They have state of the art testing machines and Dr Claudio's chairside manner, knowledge and professionalism is comforting and assuring.
This was my first time visiting, it was a pleasant experience. I was seen about 5 minutes after I arrived, and I was about 5 minutes early. The technician, as well as the doctor explained step-by-step what they were about to do and talked to me during the examination. The entire staff was very professional. Highly recommend coming here for your eye care needs. Never waited more than maybe 5 minutes in the waiting area before being asked to walk to the back. All the staff have been friendly when I have gone by. And Dr. Yaimi Romero has been very helpful. She even remember the issue I had with my eye months later. I will continue going here for my eye care needs.

If you are 40+ and wear contacts the Air Optix multifocal lenses are a must! No need to supplement with reading glasses! I can t imagine going back to regular lenses.

Went to visit today as I had waited as long as I could due to concerns with the virus. The staff took every precaution (masks, thermometer, etc.) and the facilities and equipment were sanitized after every use. Felt very safe. Glad to have a great facilities and exceptional staff working to get me the best vision possible. Don t delay your visit.

If you have a child or adult with Special Needs you have to go see Dr. Muriel Martinez! She was amazing with my 26 yr old non verbal son! Dr. Martinez is very patient and can use pictures and other things to do an exam without using the typical machines at the Optometrist office... She made the eye exam fun and made Andrew laugh and smile!! Thank you Dr. Martinez for being so kind to Andrew !!
Lifetime Eyecare was truly a great experience. Not having been to an eye doctor in years, they made it very comfortable and very accommodating. Needing to get new glasses, Maria made eyewear shopping fun. She listened to my description of how I wanted the glasses to look, and Maria had 3 beautiful glasses to choose from! I picked them up yesterday, and I love my new glasses ! As friendly as all the staff is and a having great doctor to check my eyes, I promise to keep up with my annual vision checkup! Thank you!!
