The exterior and the public areas look pretty well...

The exterior and the public areas look pretty well maintained. However, our bedroom and bathroom didn't look as maintained. Dirty corners and clogged drain in the shower, sink was moldy and the toilet didn't seem to be cleaned beforehand. As from breakfast, even tthough they managed to provide some plastic gloves as a part of their new normal protocol (though I didn't think it would do anything), I didn't see much being done in terms of the health & safety protocol. Most of the buffet food left uncovered and the food was substandard. I might be a bit too blunt in this, but honestly there's so much improvement needed.
