Old hotel in good condition and location. Clean and reasonable prices.

Good location. Train services are all around these hotel and its surrounded by good eateries.

I have stayed at Park Hotel. Wrong. Clean corporate management.

Clean and comfortable. Great ac! Concierge was super helpful and saved us some money when it came to getting to certain events. Very responsive room service and house keeping. Downside was the small bathroom and hard bed. But the bathroom had great water pressure and was quiet.

Great place to stay.It is clean, hygiene & has nice park in front .

The room is quite big and the environment is generally satisfactory.
But the double bed is too shocking and can be easily woken by others.
The pillow is too tall and too hard to sleep well.
The full-length mirror is also very strange to the bed.
I often see the mirror being scared by myself.

Comfort stay is guaranteed. Also they are offering mobile with free international and local calls along with internet.

It's in good location (not far from TST MTR Station). Staff are friendly!

The size of the room is the usual Hong Kong level (business hotel class if it is Japanese sense).
There is no problem at all in the room conditions. However, when I asked Bellboy to hear a darling who is famous for panda cookies, I was appropriately told that it was in DFS, and was introduced another bakery instead (probably rebate?). Even at the breakfast room, the waitress dropped on the way to lower the plate, and the plate was divided vigorously, but there was no word "Sorry". I have to say that the employee level is low.

Slowest egg man at breakfast ever.. So slow when we got back to our table. All our drinks, juices and hats had been cleared. They thought we had left.. Most staff don't speak English either. But rooms OK. Equivalent to Premier Inns at home. Good location though.

It was a pretty good hotel. There is a shuttle service to and from Hong Kong Kowloon mtr stop for free, which saves money and does not require you to go to the hotel. The hotel is also very easy to go to the ferry ride in Tsim Sha Tsui with lots of shopping and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and the hotel is very nice. It is a hotel that is very satisfied with the price, and next time I go to Hong Kong, I want to sleep again.

Old hotel But revamped The rooms are wider than most hotels. Thai people come to stay together until some employees speak Thai. The staff were friendly and cheerful. I got bad help from reservation of this hotel. I know you are 4star hotel and good in location but you should help and polite to customer too.

Good location, convenient transportation, excellent accommodation and good service

The sound insulation effect needs to be strengthened, but it is located in a very convenient place. I believe that there will be opportunities to visit again in the future.

Location is super!

We took 2 double bed room to house 2 adult and 2 children. Room size is big considering the location and considered that we had stayed in really small rooms before in Hk.

Downside is that the sound proofing is poor, we can hear the vibration (morning alarm vibration) of the mobile phone in the room next to us and that we can hear sounds of children crying next door.

Deco of room is ok, cleanliness is ok, maintenance and upkeep of the room and lift lobby and main lobby is good too.

We paid sgd 330 (usd 240) a night. Would recommend if one is looking to stay right in the city closed to MTR, shopping centres, and street shopping.

Well sized rooms with excellent service. Courteous staff. Customer first policy. At the time of Typhoon Mangkhoot they offered 40% discount to in house guest on buffet food. Good gesture

The place is centrally located within walking distance of shopping eating and the mass transit railway system. Each room is also provided with a handy phone using which free calls can be made to many countries which is a bonus as you don't need to spend on a new sim card in a new place. The rooms are kept clean , services are prompt , all the staff are very helpful and smiling . Breakfast spread is good too.

The rooms are spacious as per Hong Kong standards. Quiet, althogh centrally located, 5 minutes walk to MTR. The breakfast is not all that good though.

Primely located in the TST area. Rooms are big when compared to other hotels in the same location. Good hospitality and service provided during our stay in HK

Not the best place I ve stayed in the bed was like sleeping on the floor. The View was terrible.

Very clean, and very interesting for the hotel to loan you a cellphone with a local number so you can connect with your friends while you are there easily. Awesome for business travellers. It's also has a larger than usual room compared to most hotels in HK. I'm impressed with it and hope they will continue with their competitive prices too.

Large Rooms, Great location, great service.
Managed to get a promotion price amidst the Golden Week in Hong Kong. Service staff are helpful when asked about the local eats. Location is close to MTR and alot of good food. Rooms are cleaned everyday with top notch standards. Wifi is free and rooms offered hong kong serviced phones which made my trip so much easier without having to purchase my own 4g. Price is high but worth the price.

One of my hotels of choice in Hong Kong. There are bus stops just outside the hotel. Not too far from the subway too. Taking a taxi is also very convenient. The breakfast selection wasn't bad but still be improved.

Great concierge service and helpful staff. Gave us macaroons since it was a birthday trip. We had a room facing the park and the view was peaceful. Do make sure the window is closed though because we thought it was loud the first two nights when in reality the windows were slightly ajar. Water heat and pressure were great.

Comfortable, easily accessible through MTR... and other public transports. Close to major tourist attractions. I stayed in this hotel for second time in HongKong.

Great location, walking diatance to mtr station and city attractions such as malls, museums and avenue of the stars. There's a smartphone and nespresso machine in every room you can use for free. Bed mattress was a bit hard. Majority of the TV Channels are in Chinese. If you wanna watch a movie, you have to pay for it. Expect room size to be small because it's the norm in Hong Kong.

Great hotel and wonderful staff who go out of there way to make your stay the best. The room was very clean and comfortable. Room service was quick and reasonably priced. Hope to return again one day.

Convenient transportation near the Tsim Sha Tsui Station of the MTR. There are also many foods nearby. From the A21, you can get to the back door of the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the counter staff are very friendly.

Kowloon High C/P value hotel, shopping and shopping, subway transfer is convenient.

I had such an amazing stay in Hong Kong in the Park Hotel. The hotel staff was amazingly warm and cooperative. Even before my stay at the hotel, they were prompt in responding to emails sent to enquire about the security deposit.

They charge a security deposit (fully refundable) of 120 HKD per room per night for your stay. In lieu of this amount, you get a handy phone that you can carry anywhere in Hong Kong. The phone comes with in-built free mobile data, and can be used for making phone calls to as many as 15 countries (including India). Yay! You don't have to rely on Whatsapp calls anymore while being abroad.

You get a wide variety of options in the buftet breakfast, especially if you are a non vegetarian and love sea food. A little disappointment for vegetarians as their veg food mostly comprises deep fried potato tikkis, samosas, and dishes made of mushrooms. However, you get a lot of options in fruits, salads, cereals with milk, and bread and butter. :)

Very tidy and clean rooms. All amenities in place, ranging from sanitary bags to sewing kits in the washrooms to hair dryer and safe (for keeping money) in the room.

The conceirge guys were also very helpful. Despite the language challenge, they tried their best to communicate with us in English. They helped us with metro routes and guided us about local markets too.

On the last day, the staff even extended our check out time by an hour without even asking for extra money. They were highly cooperative, warm, and welcoming. :)

I would highly recommend this hotel to all travellers. Apart from all the amazing things listed above, the USP of the hotel is its prime location. It's centrally located at a walking distance to most markets, restaurants, shopping centres, and the Tsim Sha Sui metro station.

To sum up the review in one sentence - Great staff, clean rooms, nice amenities (except the gym which is in a small room), convenient location, and value for money. Go for it without even thinking twice.

Located in the center of Tsim Sha Tsui, easy to go anywhere. There are many Korean restaurants around and the subway station is close by. The hotel service is good and the size is bigger than other Hong Kong hotels and the facilities are clean.

It s a big day and night, the price is very expensive, but it s a lot of choice.
