Hotel is good, but quite old. Maintenance should be improved.

The place is narrow and thin, and the fat is not in the bathroom. The bell boy at the door knows how to play the phone, unless you tip him first, otherwise you can't see you!

Good location, close to mtr and easy to get to/from airport

Now this has been said ample of times but I must say it again...they offer a smart phone with internet connectivity and free international calling! I don't think any other facilities offered by a hotel can trump this. The room was spacious and clean.
They had placed cards in our room to nominate smile ambassador or something to that effect from amongst the staff. I couldn't fill that out as I had to leave in a hurry but every single person in the staff was very courteous.
It's centrally located with the harbour just across the road, the market all around and has good connectivity with the metro.

Great location you can get your way around easily.The handy phone was an added advantage.The staff was very helpful. I forgot some of my documents there and they made every effort to ensure I got them back.

The buffet is high quality, with oyster and waiter. The speed of collecting dishes is super fast. The price is no complaints

This is the Park Hotel in the middle of Tsim Sha Tsui. The equipment keeps up with the trend, giving the guests a sense of comfort and freshness, warm staff service and courtesy.

My rich uncle and his family living in LA checked in here July 5-7, 2018. The hotel in the 1960s was so grand that my uncle did not dare to go near it. But it motivated him to make his American dream come true!

Pretty nice hotel, very service-minded. I had to change dates due to an unexpected problem and they were nice to allow me, even was non-refundable rate.

The surrounding environment is convenient, not far from the subway station, the room is a bit old, but it is still a good accommodation choice for travel in Hong Kong.

I stayed here for 2 nights and was really unimpressed with the hotel. Firstly, the pictures completely don t give an accurate display of the room. The rooms are not as nice and extremely small. The staff here are very cold and not accommodating. I tried asking for many things and my requests were Denied. I would not recommend this to anyone. The prices for a stay here are way way overpriced.

The banquet on the fourth floor of Baile Hotel, the room needs to be big, the catering service is very good!

Small rooms and the room we stayed was surrounded by high raisers and no view at all. The hotel is near to train station and it helps to commute easily.

The service is great, the rooms are nice and modern (though lacking in a few small amenities), the location is great except for the longish walk to the MTR.

Hotel staff are kind and helpful, upgrading the room with no problem if possible.
Breakfast is ok, don't expect too much but it sure is enough to start your day.
Rooms are nice and clean, TV channels are very few and mostly local ones, no HD at all.

Loved The Park hotel. Room quite spacious and large bathroom. Didn't eat in restaurant, only went to coffee shop in foyer. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Great location to the public transport also.
