Moving is a very stressful experience. Moving to another state is beyond stressful. I had gotten some estimates from some lesser known movers but red flags kept going up. I finally trusted my instincts and went with a well established company. Ken was the lucky guy assigned to my move. Through my phone calls and emails and panic attacks and endless questions he managed to keep his cool, you remain pleasant, treat me with respect, and his follow up was top notch. In this kind of situation follow up is crucial. You have to be able to know that when you have a question or concern somebody will get back to you in a timely fashion. In addition my move was two part. The first part moved my things into storage. Ken met the movers at the storage facility and insured that everything was loaded correctly. He then took the key from the movers and he s holding it until such time that I am ready for part two of my move. At that point he will meet the movers at the storage facility yet again, make sure everything gets on the truck and it all gets down to me here in South Carolina. So in my mind that s going above and beyond

Tammy was the move coordinator and she was also reassuring calming and efficient. She put it all together and made the experience seamless. I signed papers on the email, I gave credit card authorization on the email. She spoke to the crew, coordinated them with Ken and when I reached out to her as the move was in progress she actually got back to me right away to straighten out a little concerned that I had.

Franklin was the manager of the crew that came to move. There were four of them. They showed up on time and immediately went to work. The way they packaged my antiques was unbelievable. In cardboard and shrink wrapped in blankets. I feel confident everything will get to its destination in one piece. They were pleasant, friendly, moved quickly, worked hard. Packed up my kitchen better than I could have. They had to unpack and disassemble a piece they had misjudged for the stairs but they did so without a complaint even though it made extra work for themselves.

So therefore, I would highly recommend Liberty Moving to anybody who asks me. Now I will say the second part of the move has yet to occur. If my furniture doesn t get down here as planned I will be sure and let you know! I am anticipating a smooth transition

I cannot say enough about the excellence of our experience with LIberty. I had researched companies extensively and we were naturally anxious about how this might go. The move coordinator Ce Ce made sure to communicate all along. There were zero delays in response. The teams arrived punctually on both sides of the coast. Each were led by a team leader that made sure that all of our boxes were accounted for. Items were treated with care and it was the smoothest moveprocess weve ever had. EXCELLENT WORK.

I was recommended Liberty Moving & Storage by a family member and they had excellent service from the booking to check ins and actual moving day. We wound up selling some furniture before the move so there was less the day of and they refunded us some money from the original estimate. They do have a minimum number of hours for each move but they were extremely efficient.

I have moved many times over the years and they were extremely professional. The day of crew took the time to ask us where we wanted everything, they put protective mats down to the protect the floor, etc.

Liberty Moving Company was EXCELLENT! The entire process from start to finish was just exceptional! I was helping my parents to move out of the house they d been in for 50 years, and so after getting in touch with David Madden, we began with an estimate done via video walk-through. He was so thorough, excellent, patient, kind, had excellent advice, and was completely available for my follow-up questions to the estimate. He provided me with excellent instruction of what would happen next once we accept the estimate and move forward with the job. The people with whom I dealt further along in the process were also excellent! I made many phone calls to Tami Addamo who was our Move Coordinator, and she always made me feel so reassured, and confident that they will take care of our needs. The communication with this company is fantastic, including the movers who showed up on time, and even had us moved in at our next destination ahead of schedule. Nothing was damaged in the process, and we filled an entire truckload. It was a 7 bedroom house, with 2 attics, and a garage. Though we didn t take everything, there were a lot of sensitive items, and furniture that was antique, etc. The movers were neat, gentle, kind, nothing was damaged to either the home we were moving out of, or into, and all of our belongings were in perfect shape.
We were return customers to begin with since I used them when I had moved out of my previous home and moved to my new home. I would absolutely 100% recommend this company, and I will plan to work with them again in the future. What a relief this experience was since it was effortless, fluid, no surprises, everything handled in a timely, smooth, organized manner. I didn t have one worry one bit. We had changed our mind on a few items, too, things we had decided to take that we didn t want to take, and then other things that we decided to get rid of and therefore had less to bring. They made whatever adjustments to our costs, and it was easy as pie. Love this company! You would be wise to call them right now to help you with your move. Their cost was also very reasonable and fair.

Marisa was a great help to me as I prepared to move to a new home. From the virtual survey to the signing of the contract and to later changes I made with regard to things I wanted moved, she responded quickly to my questions and gave me guidance. My move would have been considerably more difficult without her expert help.

I had Liberty move my in-laws from Long Island to Massachusetts after living in their home for 52 years. Everyone on the Liberty staff was amazing, including Larry, our sales rep and Tami, our coordinator. The packing team led by Bobby packed over 150 cartons which included fine china, over 80 Lincoln Mint cars, and a large curio cabinet. A really nice crew and Charlie and Claudia treated everything like their own.

Our movers were led by Eddie with Spencer, Lester, and Orlando loading up everything. We were not only impressed with them getting it all on the truck, but also doing it in under 6 hours. All done smoothly, professionally and impressively. Eddie and his crew (minus Spencer plus Carlos) left NY at 3 am to meet us at our storage unit in Mass at 7:30 am. By 9:30 they had it repacked in the unit. My in laws were so impressed with their abilities and work ethic.

I would highly recommend Liberty and everyone mentioned above. They made a highly stressful point in my in laws life as easy and stress free as it could be. Thank you Liberty!

We recently moved from New Jersey to Florida , Liberty moving and Storage moved our entire house as if everything they touched and packed was their own . When the truck arrived in Florida the crew there was also extremely professional and courteous. Our Driver Mike is and was a true gentleman and professional and proud of his craft .

I would highly recommend Liberty to anyone doing a move. Worth noting that they were recommended to me by a local moving company that didn't have the bandwidth to do our move. From my first contact with Liberty they were responsive, friendly and professional.

Larry Martin came by our house to give us an estimate. He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He gave us an estimate and that was the last discussion we had about cost--nothing changed in the estimate during or after the move.

The crew that came to do the packing and later came to move our items were incredible--they arrived on time, worked fast, were very friendly and cheerful even when I asked them to move a few things from one room to the next during our move in. Nothing was damaged or broken.

A big thanks to Tami and the office staff as well, they were always easy to get in touch with if we had any questions and were helpful and flexible when we needed it. Highly recommend this company.

Our Move from New York to Florida was a stressful ordeal. Liberty made it easy. From the time Larry walked in the door. We knew this was our pick. He was courteous, calm, and he put covers over his shoes. He stayed with us all the way. When closing on our NY house finely happened. He arranged the truck for the day before.
Mike the driver and coordinator arrived 8am and started to work right away. 3 men arrived and the the task was completed in perfect harmony. 4 days later. The truck arrived at our Florida house. Mike had 2 men to help "Matt & Kevin", Unpacked the truck into the house with great care. Nothing broken nothing missing. No additional surprise charges.

Our experience with this moving company was a nightmare! We moved cross country from NY to Colorado. It took over a month for us to receive our belongings and the company did not return phone calls or emails. When are things finally did arrive a good portion of them were damaged and several boxes remain missing with valuable items inside. When we contacted our salesman Matt and told him what had happened, his response was who packed the damaged items? We told him that some of the damaged items were packed by liberty and some by us; it didn t seem to matter who packed them, Breakage resulted. This company was unprofessional and un-responsive. I wouldn t recommend them to my worst enemy.
