Our experience with this moving company was a nightmare! We moved cross country from NY to Colorado. It took over a month for us to receive our belongings and the company did not return phone calls or emails. When are things finally did arrive a good portion of them were damaged and several boxes remain missing with valuable items inside. When we contacted our salesman Matt and told him what had happened, his response was who packed the damaged items? We told him that some of the damaged items were packed by liberty and some by us; it didn t seem to matter who packed them, Breakage resulted. This company was unprofessional and un-responsive. I wouldn t recommend them to my worst enemy.
