Liberty Moving Company was EXCELLENT! The entire process from start to finish was just exceptional! I was helping my parents to move out of the house they d been in for 50 years, and so after getting in touch with David Madden, we began with an estimate done via video walk-through. He was so thorough, excellent, patient, kind, had excellent advice, and was completely available for my follow-up questions to the estimate. He provided me with excellent instruction of what would happen next once we accept the estimate and move forward with the job. The people with whom I dealt further along in the process were also excellent! I made many phone calls to Tami Addamo who was our Move Coordinator, and she always made me feel so reassured, and confident that they will take care of our needs. The communication with this company is fantastic, including the movers who showed up on time, and even had us moved in at our next destination ahead of schedule. Nothing was damaged in the process, and we filled an entire truckload. It was a 7 bedroom house, with 2 attics, and a garage. Though we didn t take everything, there were a lot of sensitive items, and furniture that was antique, etc. The movers were neat, gentle, kind, nothing was damaged to either the home we were moving out of, or into, and all of our belongings were in perfect shape.
We were return customers to begin with since I used them when I had moved out of my previous home and moved to my new home. I would absolutely 100% recommend this company, and I will plan to work with them again in the future. What a relief this experience was since it was effortless, fluid, no surprises, everything handled in a timely, smooth, organized manner. I didn t have one worry one bit. We had changed our mind on a few items, too, things we had decided to take that we didn t want to take, and then other things that we decided to get rid of and therefore had less to bring. They made whatever adjustments to our costs, and it was easy as pie. Love this company! You would be wise to call them right now to help you with your move. Their cost was also very reasonable and fair.
