This review is related specifically to my experience trying to order the PureWick system and related supplies -- and to have them covered by Medicare. While the customer service reps on the phone are polite the insurance authorization process is flawed... So much so I begin to wonder how they can advertise in good faith that it is actually covered by Medicare. I initially called to order in December 2020 and as I write this in March 2021 they have yet to resolve the insurance coverage. Despite providing contact information for two doctors which will confirm the condition necessary to cover this device I have had to pay out of pocket several times for supplies over the course of last three months. I call nearly daily to check the status of their progress and have filed a complaint with the BBB. It's just lunacy. No one cares. The customer service reps are aghast when they read back in my file and see how long this is going on but while they are sympathetic no one has yet actually done anything to effect the situation. Their online contact form and chat functions DO NOT WORK. It shouldn't be this hard to get your loved one help. Feeling totally played.
