I am enjoying my beautiful apartment, thanks to Lucas Smith. Lucas is an exceptional young man, perceptive to client needs, works within the parameters, thinks outside the box and delivers what the client is looking for, very promptly, in my case within two business days .
Lucas also sold my old apartment at the highest price and within the time frame.
He very professional and committed to his work, even while being sick.
I love my upper east side apartment for many reasons and I can't thank him enough for that

I have had a wonderful experience with Mia Adams. She was able to help me find a new place while I was only in town for 1 day and moving from out of state. Mia was amazingly organized and had a well thought out plan and schedule in place for our apartment hunting to ensure we didn't waste any time. As I am new to NYC, Mia was able to help ask all the right questions and gain further insight to the process on my behalf.

Buying our NY property with Elena was such a great experience. From start to finish, she was engaged in the process and helped move things along. Marisol Choi is the best as they come! She helped find the right condo for me to purchase. She s extremely patient and she always has the buyers interest at the front. The closing process encountered some unexpected snags but it went a lot smoother because of her. If you re on the market to buy or sell you need to seek her out!

Tracy was great! After trying to work with a number of different agents to find an apartment with very specific requests, Tracy was the only one who showed real determination from the start and in the end provided me with a perfect home. She was always very quick to respond and made sure no questions stayed unanswered. I can only recommend her!

Hillel was amazing to work with. I could always trust that he had our best interest in hand. Hillel was immediately responsive to any call, text or email. He had wonderful recommendations for Reals Estate Lawyer and Mortgage broker. The team he helped me put together only took 45 minutes on closing day even after detailing out all of the paperwork we had to review and sign. It was an amazing experience from start to finish! Chrystal was my real estate agent, we reached out to her when we decided to end the short term rental format and transition to full term rental. I was worried that with the pandemic we had an uphill battle, but it worked out fabulously, in a matter of weeks she located a tenant.

On a side note we needed to do some updating/construction of the apartment, also seemed impossible, luckily Chrystal refereed a contact/construction worker and he s been a dream!

Simon rented out my unit and found me a tenant within a month. During the process he quickly responded to my texts. He showed the apartment early mornings and late evenings to accommodate potential rentals schedule. He effectively took care of all the logistics/paperwork for the board. It was easy to work with Simon. He s a really nice guy, too!
