Buying our NY property with Elena was such a great experience. From start to finish, she was engaged in the process and helped move things along. Elena was very knowledgeable about the market, the area and the entire process which made things really easy. She was not pushy but she knew exactly what we were going for, and was able to find us the right apartment within less than two weeks of talking to her. We closed almost exactly three months from the day we spoke to her (this was a coop purchase), all thanks to her resourcefulness, careful preparation and guidance. She would take videos of apartments to show us (saved us few trips) and was flexible with hours/location in meeting us. Elena took an overall active approach, reflective of someone who is driven and serious about their career in real-estate, and what a difference it made.
