Chrystal was my real estate agent, we reached out to her when we decided to end the short term rental format and transition to full term rental. I was worried that with the pandemic we had an uphill battle, but it worked out fabulously, in a matter of weeks she located a tenant.

On a side note we needed to do some updating/construction of the apartment, also seemed impossible, luckily Chrystal refereed a contact/construction worker and he s been a dream!

Chrystal really pulled it off for us, I m very grateful that we have her to help us reach our goals, and quickly with solid people/referrals. We d be lost without her, she s trustworthy, reliable, honest, accommodating, professional, respectful and extremely determined/driven. She s a powerhouse!
