I purchased a used Lexus a couple of weeks ago from a different dealership (not a Lexus dealership) and decided to take it to Lexus to start a relationship there. Jason was amazing to work with in the service department. And talk about customer service?! Shannon has one of the brightest smiles I ve ever seen and was so kind. Jason communicated so well, and even ran my VIN to check for any recalls without me even asking him to.

Grateful to be a Lexus owner, and even more grateful to have such a great team at the Lexus dealership to turn to when I have car problems or needs. Thanks all.
