I recently brought my Lexus in for an airbag recal...

I recently brought my Lexus in for an airbag recall. I was also having an intermittent vibration issue and I asked them to investigate while they had the car. The airbag was replaced satisfactorily. The diagnosis for the vibration was communicated to me via phone and email. I elected to have it fixed as the issue was getting worse and could have eventually stranded me and did very serious damage to the car. I was also made aware of another lesser issue. After spending $2000 I drove my car home and discovered that the vibration had NOT been fixed. The diagnostic skills of their technicians seem to be limited to what the "computer" tells them to replace. I strongly suspect the car was not driven after the repairs were made or they would have found the expense they had recommended to be misdiagnosed.
Very competent service writer but technicians I would not expect to find at a Lexus dealership.

I had to wait a while to see service guy. It appeared there was only 1 service guy working. Not sure that's true, but I didn't see anyone else. Car wash was closed and it was mid-20 degrees, so it would have been fine. Customer service at Lexus isn't as stellar as it once was.

worst dealership I've ever dealt with. They lied and cheated me in every way possible. I do not have a lot of money but chose to go with a luxury vehicle because of all of the lies. I will NEVER purchase from them and want everybody to know how bad their customer ethics are. They are rude and will tell you EVERYTHING you want to hear to get you out of the door but do not expect it to be a "family" after the fact. Also, do not expect that your car is REALLY what they say it is, because if it was used, I can almost promise you that it is not!!! I wouldn't have gave them any stars but it wouldn't allow me to review it without. Our used car that was CERTIFIED and we were told repeatedly that that meant we were buying a "new" car at a used car price because of the inspections and the needs for it to be able to be certified, well, guess what? My car was worth a lot less, come to find out, because it had been involved in accidents that NOBODY told me about.

Great service experience. They explained everything so well, saying what would be important to fix and in order of importance, and I never felt pressured with anything. The prices are also very reasonable. They wash the car for free after a service appointment.

I had a great experience again at Lexus of Mishawa...

I had a great experience again at Lexus of Mishawaka. I had leased 3 years ago and it was time to turn the cars in and was actually considering other brands. However, other dealerships kept on playing pricing games. It was just an awful experience dealing with some of these other dealerships, a lot just hiked up the price too much or their sales people were very arrogant. Aaron Brady was great to work with, he addressed all my questions and I believe they offered the best price from the start. Very easy to communicate with as well. They even delivered the vehicles to my house care of Eric which was another seamless experience. Overall would recommend this dealership even if it was further from my house due to their excellent customer service!

Service department is terrible at this location. Ive been to many lexus dealerships and this one is the worst. Please stay away from Erica, she's a crook. I caught her trying to scam me out of couple hundred dollars. I expect honestly from a lexus dealership.

I recently bought a vehicle, and the salesman (Aaron) and manager were amazing! No pressure, everything was explained up front, no added fees. I had been car shopping for a couple of months went to a few different dealerships and was very upset when leaving, pushy salesmen, lack of honesty, and terrible customer service. I'm glad I held out and checked out Jordan Lexus, I appreciate the honesty, and help, they truly wanted a happy customer not just another sale. I would recommend!

A friend of ours had a great relationship with Lexus of Mishawaka. With that
and Lexus's record for quality and great repair record made the decision for us.
Mark Young met us as we entered the building and knowledgeably and professionally
took us through the purchasing experience. Mark was very down to earth and made
us feel very comfortable.
This is our first Lexus, therefore we have no, first hand, experience with
the service department. However, with our friends past history we are looking
forward to smooth sailing in keeping our Lexus in top condition.

One star is to nice. Horrible from start to finis...

One star is to nice. Horrible from start to finish. When I went pick up my new car, I was dropped off so I could drive my new car home. I signed all the paperwork as I'm putting my coat on to go....the salesmen says oh sorry, we thought you were getting financing!?! What? So, ok, I went the next day to get my financing. I see they are offering a great deal through Lexus, when I call to ask about that, they said sorry we cant give you the same deal. Why wasn't I offered that yesterday? Real shady. Typical salesmen stuff. Again, I'm dropped off again to pick my car up. Now they say my husband has to sign. While he is waiting forever, the finance manager, Jason is in his office playing on his phone. He knew my husband needed to get back to work. Very unproffessional,very rude. We were given a different salesmen who said that someone will be reaching out to you for home service techy support, never happened, manager was suppose to reach out to us because of the poor service, never happened. Poorly trained staff.

3 hours waiting for oil change and tire rotation. We had a 9:30 appointment, it was not a drop in. This has been our service center since we purchased our first Lexus. 9 years and 3 cars ago. I see a decline in customer service.
