I had dermatological consultation appointment at 19:15. I received a call at 18.15 if we arrive early. Convinced that Mrs. PhD program is free and will quickly escape, we agreed and ran to clinic ..Surpriz ! Another 5 patients came while calling also for coming early. I ended up waiting longer than was necessary, I went to the doctor 20 minutes past the scheduled time and have caused discussion among clinic patients as a state.

Scheduling done with enough time before for a physical therapy visit at 9 o'clock in the morning. 40 minutes of waiting in which the doctor did not go to the consultation. Lost two hours of life.
