Kyle Dern at Lexus in the service department is the most professional person I ve encountered in the 12 years I have visited Lexus. He always manages to solve any problems/and or requests in a timely manner, and always follows through. I would highly recommend using him to have your Lexus serviced. Everyone else at Lexus is always friendly and accommodating as well.
