We stopped at this Lexus dealer because we are very interested in purchasing a Lexus 350h. We looked at cars for 15-20 minutes on the lot and not a single sales person approached us to answer any questions we had. Totally bonkers. One even walked right by us and did not acknowledge us. For a luxury dealer this is unacceptable. Unfortunately we will not be buying a 350 here and we ll go elsewhere.
