You know 90% of the comments I just read I wish I could comment on. Y'all have know idea what goes on it credit repair yes YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF. some people don't have time. ANY credit repair company NOT just Lexington can get items removed but if you do not pay the debt you owe it can be put back on even if you get it removed yourself

I've been a client since Jul 2019. The customer service is AWESOME!. i always appreciate the paralegals explaining things in layman's terms. The paralegals are courteous and patient. I would recommend this service to others.

Beware! They are scammers. Will say any lie they have to make you sign up for the service, and once you sign up the attitude completely changes. I was with then for over 6 months and paid $110/ month. They did not do a damn thing to improve my score, and when i called them they said the credit bureaus decided not to remove them. Why did i buy your service then? And they had the audacity to tell me that If I stay with them they will take a more AGGRESSIVE approach!! Are you kidding me? How dumb you think people are? It took them 6 months and numerous phone calls and emails to realize that they need to take an AGGRESSIVE approach to help me. Do not buy their BS. There are better businesses that will actually work for you instead of scamming you.

So, far my experience with them has been amazing. They have contacted me about new updates on my file. When I call them the person I speak with is always polite and very helpful with my questions I have.

One time several years ago someone stole my identity and started getting credit cards in a different state in my name and Lexington Law informed me it was happening and I was able to put it into a right away.

I was skeptical at first but they are the real deal! I've already had 7 negative reports removed in just three weeks. Negative reports that have been hindering me for over ten years they got removed very quickly. The money you spend on them is well worth it because they will save you thousands by improving your credit score. Highly recommend them, great customer service and they stay in constant communication.

Paralegal was very professional and when I asked a question that she wasn t sure of she put me on hold got the right answer and I was satisfied with her customer service

They allowed me to sign up my husband without talking to him, then won't cancel the account because they don't have a file on him. Then, the rude, condisending woman I spoke with wanted to charge me with forgery! Yet, they still steadily took money out of our bank account. This is not over.

This by far the worst experience I have had with Lexington Law. The quality of service is no longer there. I found myself doing the work I was paying them for. When I called to cancel, because I was not happy, the Rep was extremely rude, not professional, and was only interested in trying to keep me as client for the money only. There's too many people involved and nobody knows what anybody is doing. I am very dissatisfied and will not recommend anyone to them.

I was like most of us. Trying to repair my credit , all I know is that they are awesome, fast , caring, friendly and they really care about helping you. It Really mattered to me about the punctuality, also the way they are so positive, It really makes you feel great when they say "YES WE CAN FIX IT."

This is an amazing company with an amazing service. In order to get the most effective results and removals I recommend that you give them a fair chance for at least 1 year. When I see comments about them being a scam you can be assured that people wanted instant results for very bad credit. Please understood that Lexington removed almost ALL of my bad credit marks within about 24 months and a good portion of the smaller ones within 8 months. Think about what this would cost you if you were to hire a lawyer. This is a REAL service with extremely real benefits. Additionally I refered Lexington to my business partner who has had the same results including the removal of a specific type of Lean from his record (I am not promising that they can do this, I am just saying that they did this for him in his case). Highly highly recommended. Please follow the actions and instructions they give you within your membership area and emails - or you will not see results as fast. - Russell

After joining my phone was programmed by Lexington to a do not answer line, how do I know this; I do not call a lot but needed help with charge off accounts and 4 bankruptcies. I needed to find a place to live and was denied each time because of it. I decided to contact Lexington about this and was greeted by a recording that states we are with other clients and will take 5 minutes to answer your call at least 4 times, the last time I was on hold for 2 hrs. before hanging up, other times about 30 to 45 minutes. Realizing that this could be a tactic to not take my calls I called back using another phone and the call was answered immediately. They got some removed from my credit but not what is hurting me

Quite possibly the worst experience that I have gotten myself into. If you can afford to give them $99.98 per month, you can afford to pay off your debt and get a good tracking report started. They will continue to show hopes and dreams that never come to fruition. Make sure you plan a day when canceling

My husband & I signed up to work on repairing our credit. It was a long process but the lady that enrolled us was a doll and it seemed like a great value at only $65 each! I was paying for both accounts from my debit card. All was well for the first month, and then on month two, they charged us $129 each. Yikes! But I figured.. okay, they've sent letters on our behalf and they made a mistake so I called in. I experienced the worst customer service I've ever received in my life, the "paralegal" berated me on the phone for not being able to afford the extra that came out of my account. I hung up and called back, and the next rep refunded the difference. Great, right? Nope! One refund went through and then they cancelled the second, trying to scam me out of money. I finally got it back three weeks (and four phone calls) later. The next month.. boom. Overcharged again. And they still hadn't done any more work on our account! So at this point, I was cancelling. Again, worst customer service ever. But I got the accounts cancelled and was told I'd have to pay a partial fee the next month for services already rendered. Okay, sure. Well, the next month they charge me the partial fee & the $129 for my husband's account. I call in (with him on the phone) and they said I never had authority to cancel his account, even though it was on my card, and the lady confirmed it was cancelled. I was livid. And the rep just kept getting increasingly unprofessional, yelling at me on the phone about how I "must not understand." I demanded to speak with a supervisor and she hung up on me. Eventually, we got the accounts cancelled but not without being out a lot of money with no work actually being done. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I recently just became a member so hoping for the best...

I have certain things I need taken off my credits and I was told they can help me with it. Today I wanted to cancel my account and I thought I was going headache on my own and I had doubt. I no longer have doubt. Lexington Law is awesome, already making things great for me and once they're done, and I have any problems I will for sure no doubt will call them and won't think twice about. They've taking stress away for me, my children , and my awesome fiance. We can now have a better life and I'm grateful and appreciative so I thank Lexington Law for everything and I will recommend Lexington Law to everyone. Lexington Law is number one on my list period.

This company is horrible they have been working on my credit for over 3 years and accomplish nothing no progress, they work extremely slow and will send ridiculous letters to creditors and make it seems like you wrote the letter and will even sign your name on letters please stay away ,

Lexington law has made me feel better and safe with my credit . Been with them all together 3 yrs now and l can tell you if it was'nt here for me l would be struggling in life so ,thanks Lexington Law for making me walking around safe knowing your ALWAYS working on my credit..

Great ........ Very professional n improved my credit

Lexington law is great. Didnt make empty promises and did exactly what they said they would and more! Witbin a year i went from not being able to get any credit card to having multiple. Would definatly recommend!!!!

I had these geniuses working on my credit beginning in March 2017 up until August 2017. The first month my score went up by 52 points which was impressive! Then all the items they removed started re-appearing again! Then I got letters from creditors stating that they were unable to assist me due to insufficient information sent to them. I sent these replies to Lexington Law and they stated they would work on it. I then got the exact same replies with letters attached. Lexington did nothing but take my money and when I wanted to cancel and they said I was billed for previous months work so I had to pay one more month. The rep didn t want to cancel my account at all. Instead he wanted me to stay 2 more months or pay $382 to close right then. I agreed to stay for 2 more months so they would wave late fees. By doing this, it gave me time to put a full block on my card so they couldn t get any more funds. I have blocked them from getting any funds in any way possible from me again! This place can go F themselves! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!

If you sincerely want to significantly improve your credit score use this service. Subscribed to the service based upon a great experience a good friend had using them. We both went through bad divorces, anyway, this doesn't happen overnight but well worth the investment as the end result is lower interest rates and greater opportunities, don't listen to the negatives, very reputable company with real results.

The person I spoke with was very helpful and polite.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! All they did was take payments, few minor thing changed but nothing significant. There was no interaction with whoever was taking care of my case for over 4 months. They don't take care of their customers bad costumer service. Person i chatted with closed my account without permission.

THIS IS A SCAM they don't do anything they promise & charged me for months I wasn't even receiving service after I canceled and refused to refund me! There good reviews are probably from someone at their office. I still dealing with them about money taking out of my account for service I was not receiving! Nothing they promised was done & Anyone looking to fix their credit u can do it on your own with a simple click on the dispute button. Do Not hired these people! I warn u

This will be my second month with Lexington I was referred by a friends and so far this is working out great for me! They are 100% honest with you and answer and take their time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. This company probably has the best Customer Service Experience I have ever seen. From email updates, text updates, real people calling you to update you and even the online chat is terrific. In just a month I had 7 removals and they will try other options and advise you on the best solution for you.

I really should have done my homework before giving my info out to this company! They are very messy. The guy I spoke with confirmed me email 3 times as if I was lying or something than they email me to an email address that I didn't confirm, they give me package options and available withdrawal dates and neither one was done correctly I was over charged on a wrong date putting my bank acct overdrawn . Also any and all phone numbers connected to them did not want to work, they say they are open 6am to 10pm yet when I'm calling them at 8am I keep getting disconnected. 1st impression is everything and at lexington law they failed!!

I don't work for Lexington, nor have I ever. But I am a returning customer for the 2nd time because they are the BEST!! 1st time around as a young adult made bad financial choices and they helped me clean up all the small messes I made getting items removed, resulting in strong credit! Then life happened, I had a terrible life tragedy as well as my husband, we had a choice to make, pay bills or pay for living costs, we had to do what we needed done and our credit suffered. We got back on our feet our credit shot, I knew the 1st call I would make was to Lexington, because they would start the hard slow process of cleaning my credit and now my husbands again. This time around I have over 100 removals this is from all three bureaus and he is at 40 something. Finally our credit is back to "good" and we will be close to qualifying to buy our home because of Lexington's help. Just today I had an old medical negative item for $1310 removed!! Not a joke this is my life, not made up, but truly a miracle. There is no way we would have good credit again if not for the negative item removed we got from Lexington's help. I am diligent and watch reports, take advice from the paralegals, I send notarized disputes (solely prepared for by Lexington) and call in frequently to ask hard questions which are always answered with friendly caring people willing to listen and help me. My husband and I tell as many of our friends and family about Lexington and how fantastic they are recommending them in an instant. Anyone with a bad review about them simply isn't doing what's asked of them or patient enough to wait for results. I am a two time customer and still currently with them until ALL my negative items are removed which is very close. I kid you not this company is a godsent and a blessing saving our family financially and such a low cost compared to the fixes they help with. We pay $119.95 a month each, which before that the first year we got a cheaper deal. Totally worth the over 19k negative item removals from their help. If your on the fence about credit repair, try them they are month by month, when we are low on funds we cancel, then when we are back on top we start again. If I could give them a 100 I would, thank GOD for Lexington!!

2016. Very professional online, solution oriented attorney debt repair and education service. Initial credit check done for a minimal fee. After that, a monthly fee of $100. No other charges for anything else. I was hesitant to pay the monthly fee, but gave them a one month try, because they were attorneys.They worked with me as a partner. They asked historical information which would assist them with their strategies. After only three months they had three debts on all three major credit card agencies removed! They still are gone. It's 2018. I was so pleased! They have other services, but didn't need them at the time. After terminated their service I had zero emails nagging me to come back. As I said, very professional.Thanks Lexington! :)

I signed up with Lexingtom Law with numerous derogatory marks on all three reports and a score of 480. After 5 to 6 months my score was 639 and I was approved for a new car.. and a credit card. I was extremely skeptical about signing up but I could see right away that they were the real deal! Thank you

Lexington Law improved my credit scor from 667 to 719. They are awesome and would recommend their services to anyone needing credit help.

They are good but boy they slow.it took them 7 months to remove 38 negative stuff off my credit report.i appreciate them but hope they faster a little bit.from 510 to 610 score.

Update-I have to question the legitimacy of a company who is clearly fishing for clients from contact lists for other services. You offer nothing that I can't do for myself, easily. Sandwiched between your suspiciously enthusiastic positive reviews (read paid PR campaign) I see over and over again that people have paid for your services and had minimal results- from the easiest credit reporting agency to deal with. Why...it's almost as if you type in a clients info to a convenient online dispute service and voila! A few items fall off that report. Not bad for 15 minutes of work tops
Don't be lazy people- seriously, you can do this yourself. By the time you have provided all the necessary info you might as well have...just saying.

This is a legal scam. They trick you into signing up, then steal your money. They lie about payment terms, and amounts, and are unrateable by the Better Business Bureau. Avoid this company at all costs!

These guys are by far the best credit repair company. Professional, courteous and very attentive. I can see they receive very good training on how to deal with customers and it's a huge difference between what it used to be and how it is now. Day and night! I am very satisfied with my results so far and so is my husband. They are doing a great job!

If I could give this place a zero Stars I would!!! they charge me after I decline Services because of the amount per month then they charged me again and wouldn't return any of the payments. Nothing change in my credit!!!!! These people are ripoff artist, do not give them any kind of service here they will harass you and not help your credit!!! They tell you are being charged per month for services, but they will keep charging you before the month ends. i cant feed myself because they wont return my money and end my account. Had to have my bank block them because they wont stop charging after i ask to end services! Shady company.

Well at first I don't believe it either, because I was very sceptical about sending my money to someone and not seeing their face but after going through with it and understanding that I had to do some work myself, I saw that my score came up some and also as I'm typing this review I've had an appointment to see a house and also have an appointment to see the house I really want tomorrow 1/2/19, so I say as long as you're patient and will to get ur ish together than these are the people who can help you get where you want to be in your life.

It took for me to call them for my account to be updated. I also noticed they claim I missed a payment however on my bank statement it shows the funds came out. The live chat rep closed my account before I could send the proof. Also the accounts they claimed were closed were actually sent to a new collection agency and has now been blowing my phone up, MY NEW PHONE NUMBER AT THAT. Thanks a lot you guys, however at this point I will just file full bankrupt. What a way to waste $100 dollars.

Lexington Law is the best! Paid premier plus for about 4 months and they took 2 negatives off my report. One of them being a false claim for $10,000! My credit bumped up about 80 points because of Lexington.

I would not recommend Lexington Law to anyone... Do the work yourself and save yourself the money... They do very little to help build your credit back up... Depending on the level of service you sign up for, they will only send out 3 request a month,,, and they NEVER FOLLOW UP with their request to the creditors... You might as well toss your money into the toilet... Good Luck

High pressure sales if were refered by a firm selling/renting. Also, don't call them too many times or you will be blocked. ...very poor customer service.

Lexington Law has done exactly what they said and more. They helped me rebuild my credit and provide new opportunities.

I've been trying to cancel the service for months. I told them up front i couldn't afford it and they still pressured me into agreeing. Now after calling the number they gave me repetetively trying to get a hold of a person it hangs up. Now I'm deactivating my card. No other option and i'm highly upset.

I started getting my credit cleaned up over a year ago and they have removed over half of my debts and disputed a lot more. My money is being well spent.

I had some problems and I spoke with whomever would listen. I called to express some racial concerns and they dropped me for service. If you question anything the company has done your at fault. I m military and never seen it coming. They take your money every month and never help. I did better alone than with the help. No blacks allowed if feels like.
