I've been trying to cancel the service for months....

I've been trying to cancel the service for months. I told them up front i couldn't afford it and they still pressured me into agreeing. Now after calling the number they gave me repetetively trying to get a hold of a person it hangs up. Now I'm deactivating my card. No other option and i'm highly upset.
