It took for me to call them for my account to be updated. I also noticed they claim I missed a payment however on my bank statement it shows the funds came out. The live chat rep closed my account before I could send the proof. Also the accounts they claimed were closed were actually sent to a new collection agency and has now been blowing my phone up, MY NEW PHONE NUMBER AT THAT. Thanks a lot you guys, however at this point I will just file full bankrupt. What a way to waste $100 dollars.
