I joined lexington law in August of this year, in high hopes that they could help me take off 8 negative items off my credit report. I was guaranteed that the major of my negative items would be removed in 3-4 months since I had so few. Needless to say, I just cancelled my case account after 5 months because their "guarantee" didn't hold up. The only reason I gave them two stars is because they were able to remove one negative item and the customer service was okay. Definitely not worth the money. Your better off taking things into your own hands and personally contacting the credit bureau's yourself.

Katrina was ahhhhmazing and she went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. I wasn't feeling but it was refreshing to hear a friendly voice on the other side of the phone!

Lexington Law helped me so much during a huge problem with a collection agency..
I am extremely ill and kept receiving nothing more than harassing phone calls starting at 8:00am waking me out of a sick bed..
They continued ALL day....
Even after asking the collection agency to please contact me through mail only..
The calls would not stop..
And was told they would not stop calling me..

Started using there services in 07. My credit sucked. I had several double charges on my credit that was false. Sent paperwork to them. They lost it. My credit score stayed at the 645 for over a year. Finally the things came off my credit. But that was because I contacted the creditor and sent a letter to them.
All they do there is send letters of dispute. Ok fine but I'm not paying that amount for someone to send letters once a month. Really?. So after well over a year, i told them to shove it. I called and talked to supervisor. Told them I'm not happy. And asked to see what all has been done on my case. We sent letters to dispute. That's not what was explained to me at the get go. They said dispute letters, when or if they don't respond it is supposed to be taken offafter so long. After year and a half only t he things dropped off. And I was paying all my bills early, paying off old debts, paid for secured credit card. So long story, i personally got my credit it.
This company sucks. Never trust lawyers like that again until I meet them face to face. There customer service needs al lot of work.

Worst customer service ever, after you sign up and start paying you will not be able to reach them. If I use my registered phone number I would call and wait for an hour to get to someone and finally give up. However, it only takes a second if I use another phone. Same thing with the chat you wait for 30 minutes, you should be staring at the screen and waiting for them to reply otherwise they wait for you for a second and "Resolve the issue", and then you have to start a new session and wait.
Today after I waited for about 26 minutes to get to someone to ask a few questions, they sent me something on my first question and "Resolved the issue" without even asking me if I have any comments or any other questions.
I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM!

Best service I can think of to improve your credit. They removed 85% of my negative items in about 3 months and i was able to finally purchase a new home after being denied to I many times over. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

As a way to start cleaning up my credit Lexington Law helped a lot. At a certain point it needs other work, like establishing s credit card and making on time payments. Paying off legitimate debts. Removing incorrect info like addresses and phone numbers and names from your credit reports. But it us a good start.

Over priced for a service that you can do yourself for free. Their customer service was very poor. Promises were made of discounts that was never put on my account. I had to call in repeatedly to follow up on. Which as a customer should feel that's not my responsibility.

DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!!!! Wish I could give them -5 stars. Absolutely worthless company. Paid them for 6 months to check into my credit. No phone calls , no emails, nothing until I called them. I canceled their service and was still charged $139 fee again the next month. Called and spoke to a paralegal She tried to get me to rejoin for a fee of $29 a month for pretty much the exact service with expedited service . Couldn t believe it. She then went on saying I can t believe no one looked into your account or contacted you Such a waste of money. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

I would give it 0 start literally. Paying for monthly fees without doing anything. When they asked you to sign up, they promised a lot of things. But nothing happened and they are not even answering their phone. Their website is just junk, very confusing.

Use them for a quick fix, then get-out - FAST. After a few months they consider sending a Text as looking out for your best interest - What a Scam. Their interest is in your Fee, not your credit score. Smooth talking sales - stay away.

my family has been working with lexington law to repair our credit i would like to say that they have helped us so far but that simply would not be true. they have charged my mothers account several times when my mother specifically set up a payment plan with them and this has caused her bank account to be in the negative more times then not. if it were possible i would give them a negative 10 star rating.

This is the best answer of how this company works. If you are in heavy debt in credit card loans, car loan, mortgage and more. Then I would consider trying Lexington law to have them dispute letters to see if you can have those loans,charge offs or collections removed. I have only 2 charge offs and one collection. Thats something small I can handle alone myself. I tried lexington law myself to see if I can have mine charge off and collection removed but it came back as accurate in my letters that all my information is correct. I have used Lexington law for 3 months and nothing happened. So I feel like I wasted my money. I even boosted my score by 99 points myself by calling the crediors and settled payments with them. Alot say its a scam but they actually do as say with helping with disputing but not guranted for your removals. Its basically to have luck with getting them removed if the creditor does NOT have any of your information. If you see anyone on YouTube saying they can have all your debt removed then I would consider that as a scam cause they can't gurantee that 100%. They charge $800 to help but Lexington is just $29 to $119 a month. I RECOMMEND CREDIT KARMA CAUSE THEY SHOW YOU THE CREDITORS NUMBERS AND TRUE CREDIT SCORE. THEY SHOW ALL OF YOUR INFORMATION. JUST DO IT YOURSELF AND PAYOFF WHATEVER YOU HAVE THE BEST WAY YOU CAN. THESE PEOPLE WILL WORK WITH YOU AND YOUR PAYMENTS IF YOU JUST CALL AND BE NIVE TO THEM!!

Fast and prompt when removing items from credit. The dashboard is user friendly. Customer service is awesome.

All they care is about them getting paid but won't help the cause. They didn't do anything to improve my credit. I suggest you go look somewhere else

This is a horrible company to go thru when I signed up I said both my husband and I needed our credit worked on they said that because I had him with me the first month would be 64.95 for the both of us the day comes for pmt and they took that amount out twice, I called and they took the second one off and the next month or so after our first full payment which was also "priced together" was also two separate charges I tried to cancel after that payment and they keep asking me why and when I told them they just kept making excuses for me to stay I said no I just want to cancel and when signing up they say it's no problem to cancel but fail to tell you, you have to pay one final fee before cancelling for services they never performed, and then spend half hour convincing you, you shouldn't cancel their services I would not recommend this place to anyone waste of money and time.

I learned so much from Lexington Law. I was very impressed with how fast my scores boosted with their help in such a short amount of time. I learned a lot through them. I highly recommend them.

i have not even started my service with Lexington law and i was trying to just close my case and they trying the charger me a last invoice of 139.00 they are a rip off i would not recommend anyone to this service at all.

HORRIBLE. These people do not know what they are doing. Some of the letters they sent out on my behalf were returned to me because they were sent to wrong place or invalid address. These letters look like a 2nd grade wrote them. No wonder they didn't have success. They overcharged for the half ass service they offer! I had two things I wanted to be addressed and those two companies never even got a letter!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Yes, you could do it yourself but they've streamlined it and made it the process seem ridiculously quick. I'd recommend them to anyone.

This is the second time I have used Lexington Law. These people help you to get negative items off of your credit report. I will always use Lexington Law. These people will help you get the credit score you deserve.I love Lexington Law.

Paid these sharks for over two years. While they did remove useless items from my reports, they never touched the ONE item I wanted to dispute from the beginning. Avoid these idiots at all costs.

With VERY BAD credit from life experiences n not knowing where or even how to get back on my feet, Lexington Law has helped me thru everything n now I'm holding a credit score of 740!!! WHOOHOO!! Scammers like this think that they're smart. 12 years ago we could track the location of a throw away pre paid phone.. What do you think we can do now? As of today, 6May2016, this group has 10 days to shut they're "operation" down or there will be federal indictments for all involved.

Scam! Said we signed up for this service and we didn t. When I called he put me on hold came back on the line talking really fast and then hung up on me. Now I can t get back through to the company. They have taken over $150 out of our acct and refuse to give it back even tho everything we verified none of the info was right. SCAM! DO NOT USE THEM

Most of the.people at Lexington Law have been very nice & very patient. There are a few that have "seller" blood in them, but they still have the customers best interests at heart. I can't quite give them a 5 because I've had a few bumps with them - pymt schedule & the "sign-up" people Don't have the same ability to "see" what your acct is doing. But if there a 4.5 option, would pick that in a heartbeat.

Lexington Law was a tremendous help to me. I was only with them for about three months. But in that short period of time they helped clean up my credit report. They also shared tips and tools to keep it clear. At first I was skeptical. But they have proven themselves to be true. They created a file for me so that I could track the results. They stay in contact with you to make sure they are addressing your specific needs. I highly recommend this company.

I just signed up with them last week and paid them $114 as a first initial payment. I wanted to talk to someone about the document that I uploaded on their website but I cant get through, I have been trying to call them from couple of days now, hold time is too long and I end up hanging up the phone, the most time I waited for them to answer their phone is about 45 minutes.
If you call them and pick a option as new client, they will prompt quickly but once they collect your payment, they don t answer the phone for existing customers.
I need to cancel the service and get my money back.

Very professional...I laid out my plan and Lexington Law Firm executed them as planned. I must say I was surprised at how well it's going. In three months 28 collections were removed from my credit and letters sent out on my behalf. My credit has improved and I will continue to use Lexington Law Firm.

I have been a customer for years and never had a bad call from anyone. I have had a different caseworker.....due to a few stopping and starting over....and they were always informative.
I recommend LexingtonLaw anytime to anyone needing assistance with repairing their credit. Although they can get a little pricey they are most definitely worth it.

This my first time. I think the price of the service is to high. After my 2 months I might not be able to continue with them. Other than that, they are very nice, polite, and they really do their best to explain things to you. I pray they can fix my credit.

My experience with Lexington Law was excellent. They were able to remove all of my collections from my credit report!! My credit score recovered after a long, tough time. Lexington Law gets all the credit.

THEY ABSOLUTELY DELIVERED AS ADVERTISED! ONLY REGRET IS I DIDN'T USE THEM SOONER.

I was a little reluctant when I first contacted Lexington law. After the first two months I really started to see results, and every month after that I have seen more results. I would highly recommend anybody that needs to straighten out their credit report and increase their credit score to contact Lexington law.

On June 20, 2017 start with this company to repair my credit, the duration process was
13 months x $ 99.95 = $ 1299.35 + (14.99 credit report)
Where initially had only 5 negative accounts in my credit which is multiplied by 3 credit bureaus.
To Erase the easiest, took the first 5 months one from: (AFini for $ 300) and the other one school account.
Then I called on January 17, 2018 to find out and ask why I did not see any progress, they told me they were going to escalate the process and they would send me a letter to notarize it and return it back to them signed which I did immediately.
I call again on February 21, 2018 to know how the process going, they told me that they already received the letter and it will be mail to the credit bureaus "that means that if I did not call the letter would still be sitting at the office". Then, a paralegal told me this process took 30 to 90 days, after that I did not call back to let them do their jobs.
In July 2, 2018 I call again after 5 months to express my dissatisfaction of the appalling service explaining my situation, they ask me to verify identification which my phone number was linked to. The process began and during the conversation the call strangely dropped. I waited a whole week for them to call me back.

Not even with the bankruptcy that was reported in 2010 and has 8 years in my credit. The bureaus after 7 years remove negative information, they bring me their arguments that the bankruptcy lasts up to 10 years in the credit and they are sorry for that, and for this month they could give me a credit and they were going to readjust the monthly payment. The next thing they would do was scale to another level again without any extra charge etc. I told them I had to think about it and I would call them again.
On July 20 2018 I called with my answer decided to cancel the service they put me on hold for about 4 minutes deliberating, when they came back they told me: if you want to cancel then the above offered would not apply and would have a last charge for the final services. "I do not know what service they talked about if they had 13 months charged and they did not solve anything."

After all that, they made a charge again for $ 83.29; which I placed a dispute in the bank about that charge 07/27/18.

My experience:
1. It is not a trusted entity, there no honesty telling you how long the process will last or if will take longer than expected, on this case the client can decide whether to continue or not. Keeping them deceived by playing with the time of processing at their conveniences telling you we must wait for bureaus answer and that lasts from 30 to 90 days , apparently in my case the bureaus were delayed more the time expected.

2. They never call the client to keep them informed of the case.
Also, on their email is link to their web site with a customer feedback where you have an option to chose if want to be contact regarding your question. I did, never got the call back


3. You pay for a service and if you are not over calling to remind them to do their job they do not do anything for you. That is my experience that cost me $ 1,299.35 over 13 months to delete only two accounts (5). " With that amount I paid, I could make an arrangement with collection companies and eliminate them myself .

4. The only thing they did was send emails, which is an automated system saying the same thing over and over again. Oh! by the way you should check your email inconsistency because the paralegal always talks about duration process takes from 30 to 90 days and on the email, you send it says After approximately 30 days there should be a response from (bureaus company) .

Lextington law is a scam. They will bill you just because they can, and they never did any work on my case.

I would recommend the company. I am lazy and I have just been sitting back and watching my credit score rise.

For a VERY low cost, considering what negative marks on my credit report have cost me, and within a month 2 of those bad marks have been removed! Thank you! I'm heading toward owning my own home with Lexington Law doing what they promised!

Was completely misled by these con-artists on the phone, told I would be billed monthly and could cancel without penalty at any time. I paid the initial fee of $100 and when nothing happened during the first month, as a college student with little income, I called to cancel my account. I was then told I would be billed another $100 for the "work" that was done during that month. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND A BUNCH OF LIARS.

Times got hard and with my bad Credit all I heard was No No No I hate the word so I wanted to give them a chance to help me help myself and it was the best decision I've ever made, I could keep going on and on about them Thank You Lexington Law.

Terrible service. They dont pull experian you have to pull it yourself and upload the documents. I was able to dispute more things on my own for free and have them removed directly through the bureaus meanwhile Lexington Law charged me $89.99 a month to twiddle their thumbs. One item that was removed popped back up a month later! Then they said I owed them a final invoice fee for services rendered? What services? They did absolutely nothing to help improve my credit. Save your money and time and do the work yourself.

The consultants I spoke to were very knowledgeable and attentive. I highly recommend this service.

So I got with Lexington trying to repair my credit they did get four things removed off my credit however everything that they got removed came back after a few months after I brought it to there attention I was told that it wasn t Guaranteed that it would stay off and that I could continue to pay and continue on with the services and I can try to get it removed again I wasted lots of money for no reason

Lexington Law is relentless when it comes to attacking creditors who just live to keep your credit down..... They offer multiple ways to attack and clean your credit score. Best thing is you will see it immediately, it doesn t take months before seeing results from the hard work they preform!!!!

No stars! They hurt more than they help. Horrible management. I was told that if I signed someone up I would received half off my services but I was not told that deal was only for one month. I was told when I cancelled my services that I would not be charged because I cancelled before the due date, to my surprised I was charged. I was told on 3 separate occasions that I would receive a callback from a manager, it s has been weeks and no one has called. When I called and demanded to speak to a manager, the paralegal was instructed by the manager to tell me they would call me back, then the paralegal hung up on me. Not to mention the ridiculous wait times to talk to someone each time I have to call. Very unsatisfied

Don't use them; they are into money only; There service sucks; tried them with my home; they suck; debit collection; they make lots of promises and don't come throught. Get a attorney that will help you in your area. I have a plan through my company and contacting him; going yo ask if I can sue because they didn't get a collectiont off.

Lexington Law turned my credit around in no time!! It was unbelievable! They were able to take a lot of junk that was affecting my credit! I always recommend Lexington Law to anyone who mentions bad credit. You guys are awesome!

Lexington law live up to their word, I was skeptical at first but they started my challenges to the creditors and have so far gotten over 200 medical bills off my reports, it s well worth the $120 a month, the paralegals are always friendly and there to help they have also helped me with cease and desist orders to stop collectors calling me over past due accounts, give them a chance sometimes it takes a bit before u see changes to your reports but it s worth it in the end

Nothing but crooks I cancelled with them and they still went into my account and took out 65.00 never again they will steal from you any way they can.

Lexington Law has done a remarkable job of repairing my credit. They were able to resolve problems I had worked on since 2017.

I'm in the process of getting results of their work but I'm very confident they will do what they said they would. Very eager in helping me fix my credit situation and I'm definitely looking forward to the results
