They hire crackhead companies to destroy your property. They think because they have a monopoly on the local power system they can abuse their customers. Definitely looking into solar options now.

Crews worked diligently to get power back up and running after severe storms came through.

Hard working service crews but the customer call center is from the dark ages.You would think a multimillion dollar outfit would have a little better customer support than a voice message that says all lines are busy please call back.How about a little automation guys!

I had an issue with lights flickering and dimming when I turned on the hot water. Had my electrician come out and his opinion was not enough power coming from the power grid and to call the engineers at Lexington Electric. I contacted the engineers on Monday and told them of my issues. Tuesday the Lexington Electric truck came and replaced the transformer that led to my home. I now have no issues at all. The engineers were helpful, listened to my problem and then came much faster than expected to fix the issue.

These folks don t get enough credit, and only hear complaints when people don t have power. But they came out just a couple days after storms hit the system and came to fix a little issue that I was having. Thankfully they are professional and work hard to keep customers happy. Thank you Lexington Electric!

Every time the wind blows hard in Bath Springs the power is out. Sometimes once a week. The right of ways need to be clean or something. They want their money. What about down time can we charge them. It s all the time. Then they take phone of the the hook where you can t talk to nobody. Good customer service. I hate to say that but it true. Storm comes through 2 day without power. I know it s not the guys fault. But the other night they had no idea our power was out.

Regular power outages. Slow restoration. Terrible customer support. Absolutely no communication to customers regarding eta of power restoration.

Our power blinks or goes out everyday! They cut the power off to work on it at 7am. People have to work!

They have recently stated that my bill was late even though it was mailed 10 days before due date twice in two months. I pay in person then low and behold the other check arrives the next day so I have a credit. The people in the office are not that friendly and they act like them being there is a service too us. I have trees growing into my power lines which will be an issue first good storm. My power is out now called them but just the same story we re working on it. Wish I could afford solar power!

Thanks within 30 minutes I had electricity awesome work!!!
