They responded very quickly to my situation. There was damage to the roof and rain was on the way. They were very patient with me -- as it took longer than expected to get payout from my insurance company.

After a fire at my home, Level Creek rebuilt my 1960 Ranch from the studs. They had the expertise to resolve all the major issues that came up. And the employees are true tradesmen. I would certainly hire Level Creek again.

One of the best restoration companies anyone can ask for. These guys do a great job of making a disastrous day a great one. They are the best at making you feel comfortable when you are very stressed. I highly recommend level creek they have the greatest staff ever!

We happened upon Level Creek by accident! Our shower had a leak and although we had gotten the remediation done we were at a loss as to what we were going to do for the restoration. Then we saw a truck that had printed on it's side, Level Creek. Ashlee was the most attentive, dedicated and responsible project manager ever. She and Miguel are a great team. I would not have been able to make it through without them. When there was a problem with the tile installation, it took one call and Miguel came over to figure out the problem. I would highly recommend Level Creek for their professionalism and dedication.

They were the nicest people to work with, everyone and I mean everyone was very professional yet friendly. They accommodated me on all of my requests concerning the re-building of my home. They also kept me informed along the way of what was being done and when. They got me back in my home when they said they would and I feel like I can still contact them if I have any problems or concerns. I called about a bathtub overflowing and they literally were at my door in less than 15 minutes. I was astounded. They were very professional and too care of everything they said in a very reasonable timeframe. Saved my brand new hardwood flooring so I didn't have to replace it. Very satisfied customer.

Having a tree fall on your house is never good. Having a tree fall on your house when you're 88, seriously compromised, and in the midst of a pandemic is even worse. But this happened to my mom. We struggled to find a contractor in rural Hartwell, Georgia, but happened upon Level Creek. What a blessing that was. They responded immediately, came out to the property, provided a realistic estimate for repairs, and upon being hired worked almost to their time frame - bad weather continued to play a part in repairs, so I can't really blame them! There work was excellent, but even better, was the fact that if we questioned something, or something wasn't quite right, they made it right. I was pleasantly surprised and completely impressed. I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to our Project Manager, Ashlee. She provided regular updates, options when necessary, reassurance when anxieties soared, and she did so with composure and a sense of humor. Her compassion to the stressful situation we were in was extremely comforting. I can't thank Level Creek enough for their excellent work, and Ashlee for making this entire process a whole lot more bearable! Would I recommend them? Absolutely!! Would I hire them again - Well, let's hope no more trees fall on my mom's house....but if they do - I'd hire them in a heartbeat!

My home was damaged from a fallen tree. Level Creek was one of the preferred providers recommended by Liberty Insurance. The work was performed in a timely manner, with professional grade finish. One of the items was completed in a different way than I expected; not wrong, just different. When I communicated I preferred the original way - they came back and reconfigured it without any hassle. STRONG recommendation. Good people.

They replaced our roof and it looks great. We are very pleased with the quality of their work. The roofers were friendly and very efficient. The site manager explained everything about the job and returned afterward to address some followup questions. They stand behind their work.

We had a great experience with everyone with level creek property restoration especially the project manager, David Clack. Everyone was very professional and did great work. LCPR was very patient with us due to issues with my mother s health which caused us to request delays in getting started with the job. They were very accommodating and great to work with.

Overall was very pleased with service. They had a lot going on andI felt like drying out effort could have been more efficient to pass mold test. Obvious areas around baseboard were not adequately treated per inspector causing failed test. Employees were very professional.

My husband is going to file suit against this corrupt company!!! There dishonesty about water damage to our home put me in the hospital!!! The owner laughed and continues to uphold fraudulent behavior that could result in a denial of insurance coverage!!! Grant is on a video with another man which became aggressive on our property!!! Run from this company and never trust Allstate Insurance!!!

My family had a devastating water loss at our home. This was not our first loss with our home and the other contractors in the past that we thought were good contractors and did a good job. This was a revaluation to how wrong we were when we got assigned Ashley Meyers from Level Creek. She was an angel sent from God. She made the process of us being removed from our home with our adult autistic son no less than a smooth transition. Ashley and her foreman Miguel were both professional and friendly through the entire process. Ashley has since called on multiple occasions to make sure that we are happy and that we have everything we need since being back in our home. Any company would be privledged to have Ashley as a project manager and part of their team. She is a sweet and just a wonderful person with a big heart. We will be referring Ashley to everyone we know that has a need for her services. We as a family consider her family friend.

After our property had extensive water damage from a broken water supply line, Level Creek stepped in an took care of the whole repair. Their people were polite, on-time and did a good job at making things look like they were before the damage occurred.

If you wish to get ripped off use them! They were suggested by my insurance company in November 2017 to replace my roof & now it is leaking in different places. The insurance company came out said I now need a new roof again bc they used OLD MATERIALS. I was told by level creek that I have a warranty on the roof & when I asked about it I was not given the information instead the contractor came out got on the roof said he will have it fixed and never heard back from them. Especially if you are a WOMAN do not use these people bc they will rip you off! I now have to do a whole new claim to get a whole new roof bc they will not do what needs to be done.

One star is more than than this dishonest company deserves!!!! Grant who works for Level creek is not on the LEVEL WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY ALLSTATE!!! Fraud is a very accurate description of Grant s behavior!!! There actions and deceit put my wife in the hospital!!! My wife is 82 years young and we both invited Grant and other s into the sanctity of our home !!! Nothing but EVIL FOLOWS ALLSTATE AND THERE VENDERS!!! Owner was no better and I will be filling suit against this company!!! Thanks

I was very happy with all aspects of Level Creek Property Restoration. I worked with both Kalar & Ashley. I worked longer with Ashley. She was very professional and responded quickly when I needed her, I could hardly believe the low cost to do such a professional repair of our roof. The quality of the work was first rate also. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Level Creek in a heartbeat!

Several weeks ago, a large tree landed on my roof during a severe storm. Andy (and Vance) were at my house the very next morning and scoped out the project before the insurance company even confirmed when an adjuster would be able to assess the damage. When I disputed the $ the insurance company was willing to pay, Andy got on a conference call with me and the adjuster and convinced the gentleman to come out and do a second review (this time he got on the roof). The insurance company issued a second check that afternoon. In addition to knowing how to deal with insurance companies, the workmanship and in particular, the cleanliness of Level Creek is top-notch. If you live in the Atlanta area, I highly recommend Level Creek for your roofing, water mitigation damage and general contracting needs.

Excellent service. My condo was flooded by an upstairs neighbor during Thanksgiving week. During a very stressful time Level Creek was professional, answered all questions, supportive, positive, on time, delivered on what they promised, responsive to calls emails, etc. I looked at 3 cos. and my gut said go with Level Creek and I am glad I did. I have worked with Level Creek twice within the last 3 years. My first experience with them was great. This last experience was horrible. I had a water loss and my insurance paid out to have the entire floors done. Level creek hired a contractor who did patch work and did not replace all of the flooring which was evident from the furniture discoloration. The owner did take ownership of the lack of honesty that occurred; and the floors were redone. Andy was bent on using the same contractor who kept trying to cut corners needless to say they had to remove the flooring 3 times one of which the padding was put down on the wrong side. The process took over 2 months for a job that was maybe 2 weeks. The owner is more concerned about the money than the quality of work done and the satisfaction of his customers. Promises were made that was not kept and I had to take many days off to babysit them during repairs. I would NEVER do business with this company again. Their lack of professionalism and concern for integrity issues is truly mind boggling.

I have used Level Creek twice now. The first time was to restore a portion of a roof and gutters after a tree fell on my house during an ice storm in early 2015. The second time was around late 2017 after my roof had been damaged by a couple of tropical storms that had come through our area. They had to replace the entire roof this time. In both cases the personnel I worked with were efficient and professional and completed the job quickly. The prices were fair and they worked well with my insurance company. Their crews also did a great clean up of the property after the job was completed.
