I have worked with Level Creek twice within the last 3 years. My first experience with them was great. This last experience was horrible. I had a water loss and my insurance paid out to have the entire floors done. Level creek hired a contractor who did patch work and did not replace all of the flooring which was evident from the furniture discoloration. The owner did take ownership of the lack of honesty that occurred; and the floors were redone. Andy was bent on using the same contractor who kept trying to cut corners needless to say they had to remove the flooring 3 times one of which the padding was put down on the wrong side. The process took over 2 months for a job that was maybe 2 weeks. The owner is more concerned about the money than the quality of work done and the satisfaction of his customers. Promises were made that was not kept and I had to take many days off to babysit them during repairs. I would NEVER do business with this company again. Their lack of professionalism and concern for integrity issues is truly mind boggling.
