Several weeks ago, a large tree landed on my roof during a severe storm. Andy (and Vance) were at my house the very next morning and scoped out the project before the insurance company even confirmed when an adjuster would be able to assess the damage. When I disputed the $ the insurance company was willing to pay, Andy got on a conference call with me and the adjuster and convinced the gentleman to come out and do a second review (this time he got on the roof). The insurance company issued a second check that afternoon.
