Dear and super efficient! Original booking in Levanto, changed and improved, without price increase. Congratulations to this multi-year commercial activity that cares about attention for authentic human relationships. Bravi! (Indeed, brave! ... given that the activity is conducted by all women).

Sea and mountains .... The sea of children is the mountains for walks ..... I recommend a culinary stop at Lavaggio Rosso from the Osteria della "Zita" .... Life experience

Very bad experience, rent a room that they do not have, arrived there at 2 p.m. as already planned, they tell us that it will not be the room we had rented but in addition they make us hang around by telling us that the room is not ready and asking us to wait that they will call us when it is ready, and as at 6 pm still no call we go back there to find that there are no rooms available. Luckily or I do not know what other means, apparently a withdrawal, they find us an apartment located two km from the beach and more at 400 meters as expected knowing that the parking is paid throughout the city. We meet in an apartment where there is no sheet, no towels,

They put photos of beautiful houses then you enter them and they are dirty and ugly then they say only what they like for example it is on the third floor but they don't tell you there are no elevators ....

Poor service, very poorly equipped villa. It s a great shame because the villa is huge and in a wonderful location. If you would like your children to eat dinner off plates covered in black mold and not have it rectified then continue your booking with these guys!

I booked the B&B perla blu in levanto through booking and with the excuse of offering me something in my interest they gave me accommodation at the lyric hotel. 1 star hotel, very far in quality from what I had booked at least from the images and the quality of the rooms that were offered to me. At the hotel Bathroom in the corridor, no air conditioning. I was made fun of, so I will ask for a refund.

We hired a tandem bike and had a fantastic experience cycling through the tunnels to Bonassola.. it was really good fun and would recommend it to anyone.. the staff were helpful, friendly and professional..

B&B and they diverted us to a room away from the services we booked in the city, obviously without notice.
By reporting the unpleasant misunderstanding by phone ... Levantur staff proved to be not very attentive to customer requests.
Having said that Levanto is a very pleasant village

Excellent agency to book apartments, tickets for trains and boats. Friendly and helpful staff as always.

Tourists, know that you are cattle for them. Do not rely on the photos of the accommodation you plan to rent, they will install you where they have room. We had booked a B&B room, we had an apartment with beds, but no sheets and breakfast was served in a bar 1km away. Arrived as agreed at 3 p.m., we were able to collect the keys at 7 p.m., the staff took us by boat all afternoon. Even if the apartment was clean, it remains a deception on the goods and it spoiled the holidays a little.

I booked a stay via booking this fall from 20 to 23 Oct 2019 on an apartment managed by this agency. I had also left a comment on google but on a title agency levantur ... where did it go. This agency, despite my calls, my e-mail exchanges (which I kept), never returned my new Colmar jacket to me (value 500 e). They even ended up blocking my phone numbers. A friend of Italian origin contacted them, besides first with my tel where she could not reach anyone then with a different number or we replied and certified that they would send me my coat ... .I doubt. I call this dishonesty on the part of the agency.

Bad experience ! Rental one very dirty villa, no apologies from them, they didn't seem surprised by the way. We were relocated but it was not worth the price we paid at all! We go from a villa with a jacuzzi pool to an apartment that was not cleaner than the villa !! In short bad service and not friendly!

I booked an apartment for my brother and his family, total 4 people, at first everything seemed fine, then when he arrived asking KINDLY if he could take advantage of it, the first thing they said IMMEDIATE PAYMENT OF ALL THE STAY, then the they said he could go, given the keys ...., accompanied by a foreigner (who made him do ZTL, one-way and access bans) since he was on a bicycle and my brother in the car and did not know ANY way the streets of the country, I offered to accompany him and show him the streets ............ Arrived at the (apartment) ........ very dirty stairs ...... .... WORST inside ...... Garbage still to be thrown away, Sheets still wrinkled in the beds, in short, a LETAMAIO, asking for explanations, I heard myself answer ............... STILL !!!!! I have already apologized to his sister-in-law, I will have been wrong finish it there, I will not go beyond that it is better ......... VERY BAD TREATMENT, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ALL

Had a great stay here. Booked for lyric hotel but got upgraded to an ocean view apartment. The ladies in the travel agency were kind and set us up with a wifi modem and walked us to the apartment. The restaurant across the street is highly recommended

After three years of holidays in Levanto and having spent several weekends even out of season, I had the opportunity to try different structures proposed by different local agencies, I can say that this was a real disappointment.
Price not adequate for the proposed structure, even if very close to the sea, structure found quite dirty and not well cared for, with a terrace (much boasted in the presentation) also dirty and uncomfortable because outside the structure and usable only as a clothesline.
I pointed out to the staff of the agency that some things were missing in the kitchen accessories and that the broom was dilapidated and the blade was broken, and I asked if I should take care of it personally, I was told that they would take care of them as soon as possible, but when the vacation after a week, nothing was seen.
Too bad ... this year I spent my money badly.

I found the apartment, Casa Elena, through booking. The photos inserted faithfully reflect the (mini) apartment, it is a pity that it has not been specified that the only window in the apartment looked directly onto the internal corridor of the landing of the building, among other things at the bed (sofa bed). The staff does the bare minimum. I had to ask for everything myself, either by email or once I arrived: check in time, check out time, services available (also for a fee). I asked a girl who works there for advice on where to dine and the answer was "I don't know, I'm not from here" ... Let's say in terms of customer orientation and promotion of the territory I see room for improvement.
