I booked an apartment for my brother and his family, total 4 people, at first everything seemed fine, then when he arrived asking KINDLY if he could take advantage of it, the first thing they said IMMEDIATE PAYMENT OF ALL THE STAY, then the they said he could go, given the keys ...., accompanied by a foreigner (who made him do ZTL, one-way and access bans) since he was on a bicycle and my brother in the car and did not know ANY way the streets of the country, I offered to accompany him and show him the streets ............ Arrived at the (apartment) ........ very dirty stairs ...... .... WORST inside ...... Garbage still to be thrown away, Sheets still wrinkled in the beds, in short, a LETAMAIO, asking for explanations, I heard myself answer ............... STILL !!!!!
