Always a pleasure to spend an evening in the fascinating living room with its multitude of beautiful and unusual objects, to spend the night in a room very cozy, very dressed, and to prolong the tastings of a lunch which proposes many surprises at the same time time as regional delights. And thank you for the welcome.

It is a charming place, very atmospheric with the traditions and the local landscape. However, it has the comforts of an old hotel with the problems and inconveniences that this entails. Ideal place to live in the villages of the Alsace.

No shower, only bath without curtain.
Toilet from the upper floor rushes like a big waterfall ... otherwise romantic!

We - family with two daughters from Dresden and the Basque Country - enjoyed our stay very much !!
A beautiful hotel located in the middle of the historic center of Turckheim, which seduced us on a journey through time of the thoughts and senses - with its pretty little garden, which is sure to invite you to linger on long evenings in summer, and atmospheric, elegant, comfortable, almost fairytale-like rooms from Entrance through the salons to the last corner of our room. The lavish and delicious breakfast gave us a great start into the day. The very nice bathroom with a great shower should not go unmentioned at this point ;-)
We would come back anytime !! An unbelievably pleasant contrast to the same, impersonal and sterile hotels of the time ... Many thanks also to the staff for the cordial treatment!

Very nice hotel in the center of Turkheim, friendly staff, excellent breakfast also served in the cool courtyard. Sumptuously furnished with styles that are sometimes excessive, but everything is pleasant. Exchequer, books, magazines and board games in the communal areas.

I chose this hotel for our 4 days stay during our wine road trip as a base in Turckheim wich is nice city full of traditions. As many visitors write in their reviews hotel has charming atmosphere, very nice staff. Since first moment I fall in love with this place. It's situated in a historical center of small town, sorrounding is clean, full of flowers. Hotel has many different small stylish salons, which perfectly goes together. Rooms are clean maintain and nicely furnished. No matter that furniture and eguipment is not newest I wouldnt change anything. Hotel has a garden which is perfect for having breakfast. I missing hotel breakfast where was offered warm croissants, baguetts, local pastry, bio eggs and many other delights.

We have been able to stay in this beautiful luxurious hotel this week, we will definitely come back here, friendly service, everything in tip-top order and very tasty wines

Beautiful boutique hotel located in the historic city center, quiet and well isolated. Pleasant welcome.
Buffet breakfast well supplied and therefore expensive.
Sufficiently spacious bedroom (with twin beds) with entrance hall and cupboards.
We may regret that there is no curtain and shower holder in the bathtub.

The only downside is the rooms on the 3rd floor without elevator especially with the suitcases

A beautiful, old house with lots of flair in the beautiful old town of Turckheim. The entire hotel is decorated with love for details. Our room was very nice and very clean. The breakfast buffet is great! The service is unobtrusive, but always helpful (and multilingual!).

Super cute, cozy hotel, in a nice little village. Beds a bit short, bath was nice, only no hanging system for the shower head, which is not pleasant to shower. Breakfast was delicious!

Hotel located in a historic, welcoming and characteristic building with halls and lounges on the ground floor and multi-storey rooms arranged on two buildings, one of which without elevator. We recommend to immerse yourself in an experience of the past (in the summer months, at the hotel, pass the "patrol" at 10 pm)

It is a typical Alsatian house. It is very good and is super well decorated.

Very beautiful, clean and beautiful village surprising with its beautiful half-timbered houses. A baker is waiting for you near the hotel for a good breakfast!

in weed-kend of 4 days (3 nights), the hotel is in the city center and easy to access. the staff are very welcoming, smiling. always available. (hotel coocooning)

Beautiful building next to the Town Hall of Turckheim. Lovely setting.
But... don't go there in summer!!! Room was searing hot from all-day-long direct sunlight. No A.C., no electric fan, room temperature above 40 deg. Slept with wide open windows (did not help much), mosquitos were a 'bonus'. Reception staff was approached several times, but it appeared they couldn't care less, this was clearly NOT their problem.
Worst night ever in a hotel. Never again!!!

We were for one night in August 2018. What remained was a good impression of this hotel in the touristic and historical center of Turkheim. Decor and ambience of the hotel rooms pleased, rooms, o.k and quite varied breakfast, with various cold cuts, cheeses, yogurts, breads and sweet pies. There is a cozy outdoor area with tables where you can have a few drinks in the evening.

We are delighted as soon as we arrive at the entrance of the hotel, the charm is at the rendezvous, it feels like a film from the 70s, the decoration is sublime, each living room has its own story, I had an excellent stay the staff is very attentive to the breakfast is very good, quality regional products, the rooms are nice and quiet, comfortable bedding ... go for it with your eyes closed for an experience as enchanting as it is soothing

Lovely hotel and hosts in the center of authentic Turckheim, thank you for a beautiful New Year's Eve 2020, we enjoyed it very much! Breakfast even reduced (Covid, reduction compared to the buffet)) with good local products.
