This company is a wast of time do not use them unless you have to, After email and calling for days to receive a quote i get no response from anyone.
Once i received the quotes i got another email stating that they were going to pass on my shipments for no good reason, shipments were very well packaged and created, shipment was to be paid for at the time of pick up, the only they would be liable for would be damage. What does that tell you about this company.

I won't be coming back to this place. I was blatantly lied to to my face last night about the load I was supposed to be picking up from both someone in the warehouse and the guard on shift. Thanks for wasting my time!

For truckers is a extremely slow load 2 out of 3 times.

Have waited here for more than 3 hrs regularly for live loads.

Bathroom is honey bucket outside that is kept pretty clean w no drivers lounge to go inside.

I worked here and I loved it. miss the supervisors.

Very loooooooong pick up. Arrived at 4:30, got the door right away. Now is 10:45, and I'm still here waiting for them to finish with loading

This is a wonderful company. Their commitment to providing outstanding service to their customers is top priority. I have worked here for 13 years and it is a great place to work, the people here are amazing and dedicated and they really care about their customers and employees.

6hrs to load. was 1st truck in, and FOURTH to leave. UGHHHHHH

Updated review. Pacific logistics had an initial hiccup but Dawn Scolaro went out of her way to make good and showed great initiative to satisfy us as a company. We are a large scale OEM MFG who ships thousands of pallets and tens of thousands of boxes per year. We would use Pacific Logistics again in the future.
