Excellent! Very nice typical hotel, very attentive staff, very good and generous breakfast.

Again and again. This time-honored hotel surprises with good service quality and historic flair. The location is sensational and if the stairs and floors creak, it is a location where you can feel completely comfortable. A bit like a journey through time. Recommendation to eat in the depandace.

Very nice hotel in the center of Turckheim. Old-fashioned decorations and architecture. The staff are lovely.

Very nice old latch house. Depending on the room though in need of renovation. Nevertheless very comfortable and very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is adequate and there is something for everyone. The courtyard invites you to enjoy. Come again.

The discovery of a very quiet place in the center of this small Alsatian village located 5 minutes by car from Colmar.
you can access all the Alsatian villages known for their Christmas decor.
A true little paradise for lovers who appreciate the old battisses filled with the culture of this superb region.
the staff are extremely pleasant, attentive to customers. the smile is always present.
The room with 3 beds is certainly a bit small but very clean.

It should be noted the decoration resulting from the desire of the owner to make discover the treasures that she brings back from her own travels (England, Morocco and others) a mixture of very pleasant style. cozy little corners to rest after a day of walking, games available to all and if you pay attention, the objects seem to have a life of their own, changing position regularly, like this traveling stork puppet. In the evening under a driftwood tree and the next morning on a shelf near the reception.

A very generous breakfast meeting the tastes of all European, American, English, Italian travelers ..... Very fresh products, Alsatian pies and other sweets from the region.

I can only recommend this hotel for travelers looking for the soul of these old half-timbered buildings. It will not be able to meet the demands of the "crazy" of architectural ultra modernism.
5 times that I go to Alsace, 1st visit at Easter (period to be discovered in the same way as Christmas, so much the Alsatians put all their heart in the decorations for the pleasure of the young and old). I would stay there again and obviously in the same hotel.

GO THERE you will not regret it.

The Hotel Des Deux Clefs is a small, quaint hotel in the heart of Turkheim. The building has been a hotel for centuries and has a very nice charm. The equipment is very lovingly made.
We had booked bed and breakfast and, like last year, were not disappointed.
Our room was appropriately furnished with a great view of the church.
The: Breakfast left nothing to be desired. It was very tasty and there was a sufficient selection.
The location of the hotel in Turckheim, close to Colmar and other places of interest in Alsace and the surrounding vineyards, offers many possibilities for a varied holiday in Alsace.
The staff in the hotel is very helpful and you can communicate very well even with little or no knowledge of French.
We can only recommend the Hotel Des Deux Clefs and will definitely return there again.

Nice and friendly service. Room a bit small but has its own charm.

Very old authentic hotel, centrally located in Alsace and therefore ideal as a base for visiting the area. Hotel is very cosily furnished. The feeling of home dominates thanks to the friendly staff. After a day out, you can stick for hours in the salon with a delicious glass of wine. Recommended for anyone who wants to keep it cozy and casual. Also not to be missed is the performance of the 'veilleur de nuit' in the center of Turckheim.

The only thing missing is a curtain or shower screen for added comfort.

I have one of my best stay, a beautiful building and comfortable rooms despite a small space that is quickly forgotten so this hotel has a crazy charm !!! The staff is very professional and more than pleasant I highly recommend !!!!

catastrophic, we arrived at the parking lot when we were warned that a breach was open to our you, we returned to inform the hotel, and asked for a credit note because at the moment with the covid the economy is complicated; they refused but have well canceled the room, we made 2 hours of road redone our you helped by our neighbor, I called the hotel back to return our room was no longer available they had rented it, and we were charged the price of the room MORE the 2 breakfast 28 euros plus a tourist tax so make the French economy work it's really stealing so be careful they are not correct

Hotel extremely well located in a village full of character. Rather equipped rooms may need a little refreshing. Hearty and local breakfast.
