Super followed Leroy Merlin Verquin! I spend order 10 boxes of wood that I pay in full. Informally, I see on your screen that the stock goes from 22 to 12. I define with you a delivery for your first possible date. The day before the afternoon, you call to tell me that the delivery will not take place because you have not been delivered (???). Together, we define another day of delivery, certainly to the shoehorn in your planning for you but you validate. I'm waiting all day for this re-delivery scheduled for ...... nothing. At 18:15, I receive an SMS informing me that the delivery is scheduled for the next day!
