In March 2018, we made a transfer (to facilitate things, but also for a question of speed), the sum of 863.52 about two orders.
Then, late last month, I see everything while looking at my account statements, a debit of 642.37 (a check deposit issued during our order), while it was paid by transfer late April.
Therefore, knowing that this deposit check was wrongly debited to me, I immediately call your store Verquin, and, your accountant is suffering, and will be back within 48 hours .... "I want to to inform you that we were waiting for this sum in order to finalize the regulation of our external tiling with another sign to finally put it down .... ".
I reiterate my call 48 hours later, so that your employee informs me that she does not see the transfer of 863.52 , and that indeed the debit of the deposit check was wrongly taken !!!!!
Regarding the transfer made, I call our bank to ask for a proof (copy of the transfer), which I send immediately to the accountant.
Indeed, it confirms me well that this levy was credited via another customer account under the same name (Exxxx) but not the same name: so again a mistake!
We have more than 1300 at home for more than 4 months that you have our money, and today no commercial gesture to propose, nor even excuses .....
That's why I decide today to browse multiple forums, and thanks to one of them, I see the email address of customer service.
I just joined them this morning, and ask me to come tomorrow for the refund, from here I inform them that I have to pay me back this day because I need MY MONEY !!!!! I also ask them to take into consideration my request for a commercial gesture, the debit penalty for the check taken from my account, and not fueled, but also the transfer received and this customer error, and there told me that nothing will be done !!!!! HONTEUX: More than 3 months with my money and in return nothing!
