Spending 2 winters with a stove that does not work is average. The response time is minimum 6 months and even with a legal procedure nothing moves (they agree to intervene within 3 weeks) results I waited 6 months for repair ..... More than 5 different parts changed, the end of the guarantee comes and in store it's not their problems. Spending 15,000 euros is fine, but managing the most people sav and not even a co gesture. CALL ON REAL PROS FOR THIS KIND OF PRODUCTS, once every two.
