Total incompetence, I had ordered 11 base plates for a fence, they were available, confirmation given when I placed an order, however, 6 plates out of the 11 were finally available, a friend came specially to remove them on site, he was told that the following Friday the 5 missing plates would be available, so he went back on Friday, after waiting 2 hours, he was told that they could not be found! !! I had to travel 3 times on site, to my surprise the 1st time, we did not understand because they were in stock, what stock management at LEROY MERLIN !!!!!! This story lasted more than a month, in addition I received several SMS messages asking me to come and remove the balance of this order when these plates were not found !!!!! It was out of the question anyway that we move once more. In the end, the missing plates were repatriated from the Lens store. I asked for a commercial gesture and I was told that I had to be happy that LEROY MERLIN delivered me. It's a real shame !!!!!!
Leroy merlin in withdrawal goods attention they say withdrawal within 2 hours and once paid on the internet the time of the order is noted on the invoice for my part order Saturday and withdrawal Monday afternoon and no notification of time before having invoicing payment is better go to the store.

The prices are consistent and sellers of good advice, the store is tidy, we quickly find what we need, however there are fewer choices, than that of Vendin-le-Vieil.

Delivery man who calls 1 hour before the scheduled time to say that he will not come (truck breakdown) - Delivery rescheduled on 18/09. On 17/09, phone call from Vir Transport to ask what the packages contained (???) because they had no information from Leroy Merlin - On 18/09, ie the presumed day of delivery, email from the same company "confirming the cancellation of the delivery" (when we hadn't asked for anything !!) - Multiple calls to Leroy Merlin Verquin on September 18, and no contact with an interlocutor capable of providing us with information. A manager had to remind us: we are still waiting !!
