Apart from the difficulties sometimes to find a counselor on the shelves, they are always listening, pleasant and good advice.
On the other hand big flat for the recovery part of order, if it is not a missing piece in the boxes, it is the packaging that is damaged and very dirty, which makes the white blind that I had received of course was stained by the omnipresent black dust in the warehouse!
In addition, when missing a (see 6 in my case) piece in a package, the resolution of your problem will unfortunately depend on the person you fall on ... shame!
