TL, DR version. STAY AWAY! Terrible communication! Poor customer service! Lost paperwork!!! Yikes!!!! Very bad! Would not recommend!

Let me get straight to the point. This company is the bottom tier for any mortgage loan company. Their customer service is horrendous and incompetence is unbelievable. I started my Refinance in April and closed in November. It took 7 months for a simple Refi which should have only taken weeks. When I first contacted them they were very responsive but after electronically signing the documents they went MIA. (Another review pointed this out too!)

Here's where things get bad. I had to send the same documents multiple times because they lost or misplaced them! Where did my documents go? I have no idea and neither do they! That is worrisome. They also had to run my credit multiple times because it took so long. It wrecked my score by over 40 points. Who does this??

They like to blame the problems on each other and no one would step up to the plate to take responsibility to just get it done. They said they would make things right, but that never happened. I had to stay on top of them to make sure things got done. They make BIG promises but never follow through.

All in all, be sure to READ what you are saying. Their "little" mistakes can screw things up.

I had a great loan refi experience with Lenox and my loan rep Joseph Medina. I got a great rate and the process ran smoothly and on time. I retired from the mortgage banking business so I have a good understanding of how it should go.

I would recommend Joe Medina and his firm Lenox for your home financing needs.

After a drawn out experience with Citibank that I ultimately had to get out of because they were not able to do what I needed. I reached out to Lennox and Bryan Robidart my salesman and my processor Van Nguyen took such good care of me that my loan closed in a matter of weeks and was pleasurable instead of painful! Thanks Team!!!

If there was a zero rating, I would give it. Avoid them even if it's a last resort.

I have been in the process of obtaining a loan with this company for 5 months, 1 week. I have a credit rating of 795-805 (varies, depending on inquiries, etc.), and am a retired CPA.

Towards the end, I said to get it done or I would terminate the relationship. So the process went on for one more day. I even confirmed a list of items that we negotiated with my loan advisor to make sure we were only waiting for a closing statement. I guess they wanted to say they terminated me first, so, it happened on January 21, 2021. Good riddance.

I immediately hooked up with Rocket Mortgage, submitted all the information they requested, and got loan approval in one day. We are expected to close in less than 30 days.

I will not name who my main contact was because I cannot say anything even remotely positive about she or he.

On the only positive note, Eunice Hampton got involved when Polly Senehuk somehow either quit or was terminated right around New Years Day. Both persons were very diligent at trying to get the loan process completed.

In summary, it was one of the worst business experiences in my life.

Worst experience ever. Two months into a refi, the loan officer, Pete Hurley, stops returning calls just as we think we are about to close after telling us for weeks what a great loan this is, and then he makes an unauthorized charge for *$850* which we are in the process of recovering from the credit card company. I can only assume that because rates have been going up the last two months that they decided it was better to drop us than honor their locked-in quote. Stay far away from this mortgage company.

I wish I could give a 0 or a negative rating, The highest number of ratings are one, The 5 star ratings must have been bought and posted on this website. I find it hard to believe that the 5 star ratings could be verified. The process dragged on for months, absolutely simple and basic refinance refinance. You have to verify the same things over and over again in different ways that are irrelevant to refinancing your Mortgage. I was almost 3 months in and still having to verify the same things. I ended up going with a different lender. I wouldn't use them even if they were a last resort, run as fast as you can from this Lenox Financial company.

I am so thankful for choosing Lenox Financial Mortgage Corp. to refinance my home. I had narrowed it down to 2 lenders, but after much prayer, I wanted to give my business to Kyle Brown. From the onset I felt that He was a man of integrity, and that I could trust that he would do what he promised to do......AND HE DID! Van Nguyen was very capable, hard working, kind and patient with me......GREAT JOB, GREAT EXPERIENCE and well worth the effort !!!!!

Worse experience ever!! I was in their fast track program seven (7) months into it after they finally order the appraisal which I paid for .they tell me they still had no idea when it would be completed. After speaking with the owner Wesley Hoagland I was promised a refund for the appraisal $525.00. This promise was also made be my original loan officer David Birkett who ultimately left the company. They admitted they took on to much work and couldn t keep up. I never got the refund. Very dishonest do not keep their promises .during the loan process and even with the verbal promises made by the owner himself!!!! Stay clear .by the way other companies have better rates!!!!!! I know Karma will catch up with them!!!!

They do a whole lot of advertising and not a lot of service. Applied online and sent in all of my sensitive financial docs only to hear crickets in return. What good is a no closing cost loan if you can't get anyone to help. What a joke.

I have probably refinanced > 15 times over the past 39 years of home ownership. My very first mortgage back in 1982 was at an interest rate of 16.5%. With all these refinancing I have done, I can honestly say this last refi with Lenox Financial was the best experience I have ever had. Mike Corrigan and Van Nguyen did a fantastic job of taking the pain out of my refi. They were very organized laying out in great detail exactly what was needed to process my refi to minimize delays and frustrations. Great job by the Team at Lenox.
