I enjoy having Legacy insurance. Quick, easy & nice customer service. Rates are reasonable. I carried them for a year & then switched to a cheaper company. Regretted it the whole 6 month term & immediately went back to Legacy.

Worst insurance company I have ever had. They do not offer towing or tire assistance. I am 7 months pregnant. Last night I had a flat. I called Legacy to see what they could do to help me. Guess what? No one is available after closing times. I had to have my 87 year old Grandfather come and help me at 11:30 at night. We were not able to get the lug nuts lose so I had to leave my car in a bad neighborhood over night. Thankfully nothing happened to my car.

When I signed up for my policy I asked for a $500 deductible but ended up with a $1,000 deductible. I also signed up for glass coverage, but never was added to my policy. I am just fed up with this complany.

I was in a collision with one of their insured drivers back in feb. The initial people from the agency that called me to conduct an independent investigation was extremely rude (i can t remember their names). It took numerous calls for weeks straight to get them to pick up most of the time. I also got hung up on a couple times. The appraiser that they connect with is a bit shady as well.

On a more positive note, Mr. David (material damage rep) and Ms. Carmen (bodily injury rep) was VERY polite to me. They got me taken care quick once the others finished their investigation and i received my check. Those two individuals are honestly the only ones that deserve high ratings.

YOU BETTER HOPE YOU NEVER get hit by one of their so called "insured" drivers. Even with multiple eyewitnesses and their driver receiving the citation from the Phoenix Police Department they will not accept responsibility and you will be paying yourself. Even Legacy's own customers have issues based on all the negative reviews. Good luck!

Update: My insurance company Allstate is currently pursuing Legacy for reimbursement of repairs and damages.

Update: I recieved my deductible back 8 months after the accident since Allstate recovered, better late than never.

I visited Legacy insurance on 40th Street and Thomas and upon arrival was told one of us would have to go outside.. wow! I understand it was for covid reasons but the way that it was presented was very for the lack of better terms "ghetto" This place has to be the most unprofessional insurance company I have ever been with! I would never refer anybody to this establishment. To the upper management and corporation of Legacy insurance please make sure you hire the right standard of people if you want to retain clients, I am no longer a client of yours.

Rated "F" by the Better Business Bureau. Legacy filed a claim on my behalf (I can provide document) of a client that did not have an active policy (I have proof) when the extremely minor accident occurred. Are you confused? I know I am! I asked for a supervisor to call me back. Never happened. I cannot figure out what kind of scam they are trying to run or why they filed a claim on my behalf (I am not insured with them!), but I filed a detailed report with the state of Arizona Department of Insurance to request they investigate. Honestly, I've never had such a weird feeling talking to an insurance company as I had talking to these folks. They seemed completely evasive and like they had something to hide. Not sure what's going, but nothing felt legit.
