So clean!!! The staff is warm and friendly. They have always gotten my order correct. What moe can you ask for? Oohhhh, the food is GOOD! FYI, I'm talking about the Stage and Appling location.

The beverage machine tasted like carbonated water. Every soda that was in the machine I mentioned it to worker nothing happened.
The tea was weak. I'm shocked management let that happenef

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Very friendly employees that show that they really care about making you happy. The sandwich was delicious and fresh. Will definitely keep coming back here. Keep up the awesome service!

I have to say this is the best Lenny's I've been to, hands down. I've had bad experiences at the Location on Raleigh Lagrange. So now I drive 10 minutes from my home just to get good service. Despite how busy they are, the team always gets me out pretty fast. I love that someone is always cleaning and keeping the restaurant neat. The food could be better, like fresher cucumbers. But, other than that, my experience is always great.

My favorite quick deli. Try the chicken philly or the tuna. Excellent in-house hot sauce.

Best sandwich place. One of our favorites. The chicken Philly is a real winner.

"The service was horrible. I placed my order and was told to sit down and they would bring it out to me. I watched as people who came in after me placed their orders got them and left and i was still sitting there. I asked what was going on with my order and was told that my ticket was never given to the cooks and that meant i had to wait even longer i was there a total of 30mins waiting on 1 sandwich. I will not be going back there. Then no one ever apologized or anything."

I had a great lunch today at Lenny's Subs. Two thumbs up.

Placed an online order. Called to make sure they received it correctly. Got there, and order was still wrong.

Went again on another day. Placed online order. Order wasn t ready when I got there, 20 minutes later. They said they tried to call me because I ordered multi-grain bread and they didn t have any. I never received a call. Waited an additional 40 minutes for my food upon arrival. Food still wasn t right. I asked for a refund.

Just realized I had written a review for the wrong location and wanted the right store to get the credit since they helped me out tremendously with a last minute retirement party. Customer service was TOP NOTCH! Last minute large order but they still took care of my needs and they were so professional. Would Definitely recommend them to others. Store manager was also so nice and professional. He even made certain that I understood the process for future large orders but he did it very kindly!

I try not to complain but this was the second time I been to this location on hwy 64 and brother blvd and this was horrible. I really don't think I'm going back soon.

I just recently rediscovered this place. And I actually prefer it to Subway and firehouse....that don't over load your sandwich with unnecessary condiments.

The food was fresh and I recieved my meal at a timely manner great employees as well

Any Lenny's I've been to is good, but this one is above the rest. The food is fresher, and the way my sandwich was prepared was impressive.. not like any other.

I love this location. They are always friendly and they can knock out a line in no time.

In my opinion, Lenny's has declined. Years ago the sandwiches were always quality.Today I ordered an Italian sub, and it had more ham on it than anything. I wouldn't have ordered the Italian sub if I knew it was going to taste just like a ham sandwich! Disappointed

This Lenny's has the best most friendly service and amazing cook. Eat here almost every day.

Outstanding Deli!! We've tried probably 80% of their menu and it is always consistently awesome.

1st time, Great Sub Taste good...2nd time Disgusting Sub meat had a bad taste...3rd time horrible Sub meat still had a bad taste.

One of my favorite sub places in Bartlett! Chicken philly has been a little dry the last couple of visits... but overall everything I ve had has been delicious! Typically I get the french dip and it is so yummy!!

Great if you eat the food there. Horrible if it's to go. The bread gets soggy very quickly.

The Bartlett location is awesome in every way possible. Unfortunately, every other location I've gone to, including ones owned by this franchisee, feels the need to skimp on meat in their sandwiches. I normally order a Philly Cheese Sub with extra meat, grilled onions. I pay extra to get a good amountamount of meat. At the Bartlett location the sandwich comes out overflowing with meat and onions, so much so that I need a fork to eat some of the meat before I pick up the sandwich. All other locations you have more bread than meat, by a long shot. When I ask the personal about it they assure me it's extra meat.

Despite it being a little uncoordinated, leaving the wait time to extend a little, especially for an online pick up....i just blame the pandemic for this though. This location has always been on top of everything!

Always the freshest ingredients used in making these great sandwiches. Great service and very friendly. Blows subway out of the water 10 times out of 10.

Decent sandwich shop run by great crew -- salad was good! One of the employees came by to make sure what we ordered was good and even suggested a slight modification -6 that's above and be an average sandwich shop I would say ~

This used it be my favorite stop in sub place, I ate here every week, but after last night will not be coming here again. Employee's had attitudes, the manager had an attitude too because he had been there all day working. They tried to short us of our order. The manager didn't want to give my husband his two drinks. He asked my husband did he have to have two cups and my husband paid for two drinks. There wasn't any cookies out and the chip section was very skimpy, very few drinks to choose from because the majority was out, and I really wanted tea and lemonade but they had none. When I asked the young lady if they had more cookies and chips she just looked at me like I was retarded for asking and then she made it seem like I was asking for extra. Finally a young man reached up and got me what I asked for which is what I paid for which was a family meal for 4, that comes with 4 cookies, drinks, chips and sandwiches. The Philly cheese steak I got was horrible didn't taste like usual. Looks like I'll be going next door to eat or find me another good sandwich/sub place. Not spending my money on poor service.

The service was not good. My food was correct and to send it.

Usually pretty good, however staff have become mostly teens concerned more with talking than making the food... Last time it took 15 minutes to make 2 cold sandwiches - with no one in line ahead of me...

I got the grilled chicken philly and it was good as usual. There are very few places I will purchase food to eat out now Nd this is one if them alone with the hot wing place and Cozy Corner bbq.

Used to be a great sandwich shop! USED TO BE! Now they have reduced the size of the sandwiches and increased their prices. The bags of chips are a joke! Get less than a quarter of a bag worth of product! Settling my hind end! I used to go here rather than the Subway shop because you got alot more for your money at Lenny's but now it is completely reversed! You get more for your money at Subway and less here. Sad!

The food was made to order and very good. It was a little bit pricey. The people were very kind and friendly. Will definitely return.

This location ROCKS! I was so pleased with my experience. It is everything a restaurant should be. Perfectly clean dining area. Perfectly staffed with the most friendly folks. Great menu. Clean restroom. Nice seating. Great price points. Sorry google these guys get 10 STARS!

I like this particular location alot better than the one by me off of Raleigh Lagrange. They know how to follow instructions. I always get the philly cheesesteak with extra meat and cheese and no onions.

Long time customer, disappointed to find employee hanging up on customers attempting to call in for to go orders as she was taking my in store order. I had actually attempted to call in on my way home, found out this is why so one answered my call and was disconnected.

Meatball sandwich was a mess even at meatball sandwich standards. So much runny sauce that the soggy bread could not hold the contents. Then I noticed the stain on my shirt. A substance not included in my order. Some type of sauce was on the side/edge of the table got onto my shirt. The overall flavor of the food was no better than that of a dried out Slim Jim. The forks are left out in a cup, unwrapped and bare for any cruddy, nasty bastard to fondle with his snot encrusted fingers. Wait time was not bad. Staff was ok. Skip this place.

Normally my favorite sub shop, BUT it seems they may have some under trained new people. What's showing on the menu board should be what you get unless you tell them differently.

Great food, employees, and speed. One of the best lunch locations in Bartlett if you want something quick but "real." The employees are always the best when it comes to welcoming the customer and getting the order right.

Favorite sandwich place. Mike, Dave, Don and Val all make sure you are appreciated and have a good meal.

Lennys Philly cheese steak was the closest I've found to a real philly.. juicy, flavorful and filling.

The only reason I give this location two stars is for the food. The customer service absolutely sucked. The staff seemed robotic and some seemed snobbish. I understand this is the flagship store, being store number 1, but I would have expected much better. Only the more food and more taste portions of their motto they actually lived up to. No smiles and no interaction beyond the counter does not make more personality. It was my first and last visit to this location.

I'm good. The staff is always super patient because I'm hard of hearing and the military discounts are nice.
